Ernest W. McIntosh received a B.A. from Temple University in 1967 and graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School in 1972.  He began his legal career as a prosecutor in the criminal section of the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and worked as a prosecutor for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. He also worked as an instructor in the Attorney General’s Advocacy Institute.  Later, Mr. McIntosh was Staff Counsel to the House Subcommittee on Criminal Justice.

While in private practice Mr. McIntosh has been involved in all phases of criminal and civil litigation.  He represented clients in major narcotics trials and public corruption cases. He defended clients against charges of bribery, conflict of interest, theft, money laundering, mail and wire fraud and obstruction of justice.  He has also successfully represented clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial and corporate disputes and other civil cases.  Mr. McIntosh's peers recognized his experience and skill as a trial lawyer by electing him President of the Trial Lawyers Association for Metropolitan Washington, D.C.

Wendy Wyeth received a degree in Journalism from Boston University.  Following college, Ms. Wyeth worked as a string reporter for the Burlington Free Press in Burlington, VT and also as a realtor focusing on investment in multi-family properties.
