  • Defendant charged with driving under the influence causing bodily injury, with serious bodily injury enhancements.  Maximum penalty of 8 years in state prison.  Disposition: Plead no contest to driving under the influence (no injury), no jail, 3 month alcohol program and $1850.00 fine.
     
  • Juvenile charged with robbery.  Maximum potential sentence of time at California Young Authority.  Charges dismissed.
     
  • Defendant charged with murder, the special circumstance of murder by a gang member, with various gang and weapons enhancements.  Maximum sentence of life without possibility of parole and multiple consecutive 25 to life sentences.  Disposition: 13 years.
     
  • Defendant charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and brandishing an imitation firearm.  Maximum sentence of 2 years in County Jail. Case dismissed.
     
  • Woman charged with domestic violence against her husband.  Potential penalty of one year in jail.  Plead guilty to disturbing the peace, no jail.
     
  • Man charged with domestic violence.  Case dismissed.
     
  • Man charged with driving under the influence.  Plead no contest to exhibition of speed on the freeway, non-alcohol related.
