• Some examples of case dispositions prior for trial in clients with varying degrees of guilt and innocence.
   
• Defendant charged with driving under the influence causing bodily injury, with serious bodily injury enhancements.  Maximum penalty of 8 years in state prison.  Disposition: Plead no contest to driving under the influence (no injury), no jail, 3 month alcohol program and $1850.00 fine.
   
• Juvenile charged with robbery.  Maximum potential sentence of time at California Young Authority.  Charges dismissed.
