| Support Group Moderators |
| Support Group Moderators help to moderate their support group and keep discussion flowing and on topic. They also serve as members of the community leadership team. |

| Committee members volunteer their time and efforts to assist managers with sponsorships and events. |

Tim Medley, Co-Site Administrator

Tim Medley (Tim) is responsible for the overall management of CharlotteAreaDads.com. Tim grew up in New Jersey, and after a botched attempt to study Nursing, served as a flight medic in the US Army, visiting such exotic places as Missouri and Texas. Eventually Tim relocated to North Carolina to study Biology at Gardner Web University where he met his wife of 12 years. After college Tim made the logical career progression from biology into computers, he's currently a Networking Consultant and has recently spent time working in Iraq, Ireland, Las Vegas and various other us cities. On January 11th, a brand new baby boy, R. Fletcher Medley was born 11 weeks early, but healthy and ready to rock. |

Heath McCoy, Co-Site Administrator

Heath grew up in rural south Mississippi, and moved to Charlotte by way of Richmond, VA. when his company relocated him and several members of his team in June of 2006. Heath is married to Andrea McCoy and they have a one son named Ryan who turned three in April of '07. Heath also has a beautiful daughter named Megan from a previous marriage who just started 7th grade in the fall of '07. They purchased a home in August of '07 in the Concord area and plan on becoming actively involved in the community and really hope to make Charlotte their home for many years to come. |

Matt is responsible for assisting with many of the day-to-day management duties of the Site Administrator. Matt grew up in Utah, and after serving 5 years in the US Navy moved to Charlotte, NC and married his beautiful wife Linda. After settling into their new house in southeast Charlotte they were blessed with a perfect little boy, Tyler and are currently awaiting daddy's little princess due in May. He enjoys the peace and quiet of family life, and relaxing in the great outdoors. He is currently a Regional Manager for a national overhead crane service company that provides services for industrial manufacturing plants throughout the Carolinas and Virginia. |

Ken Morgan, Assistant Site Administrator

After growing up in southeast Louisiana on the outskirts of New Orleans, Ken spent a few years hopping around while in the military and college. After settling down in 1998 with his wife, Robbie-Lyn, he spent most of his time with his wife and kids.
After hurricane Katrina brought its life changing effects to the gulf coast, Ken's employer closed their doors. Ken and Robbie-Lyn took the opportunity to move to the Charlotte area to start a new life for themselves and their kids.
With no knowledge of the area and not knowing anybody, Ken and Robbie-Lyn caught the CharlotteMommies.com and CharlotteAreaDads.com addiction.
Since joining CAD, Ken has made many new friends and learned a lot about the area. Ken took the opportunity to become a part of the management team of CharlotteAreaDads.com as one of the Assistand Site Administrators and now assists with many of the day to day duties. |

Alex Johns, Charitable Events Manager

Alex is the Charitable Events Manager of CharlotteAreaDads.com. Alex is originally from Mt. Vernon, NY, but spent the bulk of his childhood in Connecticut. In Sept of 2002, he moved down to the Charlotte area with his wife Amber, in hopes of joining CMPD. They bought their first home together on April Fools Day of 2003 in Huntersville, and had their first child, Lora Eve, in November of the same year. 4 years and one big career change later, He is now an Advisor with Bank of America, assisting clients with setting up new services. He enjoys spending time with his family whenever he can, and looks forward to opening his own business sometime in the near future. |

Jeff Wilson, Co-Events Manager

Jeff is one of many volunteers that helps organize events and happenings for CharlotteAreaDads.com. Jeff is originally from Thomson, Georgia. He moved to California after graduating from high school in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He met his wife, Terri (a Texas native) while attending college. They married in 1994. Terri was a high school English teacher and later became a high school librarian. Jeff used to own a small manufacturing company and later sold his portion of the business and went to work for Boeing Integrated Defense Systems on the US Army’s Future Combat Systems program. Their daughter Miranda was born in March of 2006. They sold their home in Southern California and moved to Charlotte in June of 2006 so they could be closer to Jeff’s family, raise their daughter in a less populated environment, and so Terri could be a stay at home mom. Jeff enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family and their two dogs, Mike and Sulley (yes, from Monsters, Inc.). Jeff is currently in the midst of launching a new business, which should be up and running by the end of March, 2008. |

Phil is a native and life long resident of North Carolina, growing up in the far western tip of the state outside of Murphy, NC. Phil left the mountains and attend the NC School for Science & Math and then later returned to WNC to get a BA in Chemsitry from UNC Asheville. Phil worked for a few years as an analytical chemist for major pharmaceutical companies, but decided to get into sales. Phil moved to Charlotte in 2000 to be near his girlfriend, now wife, LeAnn. Phil has worked in sales since then and has been employeed with a distributor of new & used woodworking equipment since 2001. Phil & LeAnn were married in 2001, bought a house in 2002 and are now blessed with (2) kids, a dog and a cat! Somehow Phil has become a suburbanite and doesn't mind! |

Peter Kolozvary, Hospitality Manager

Peter is the Hospitality Manager for CharlotteAreaDads.com. His primary focus is to welcome all the new members, and let them know it's okay to feel relaxed and post about almost anything. Peter was born in Slovakia and can speak the language. He's lived in Florida most of his life but has bounced around the States living in Michigan, Virginia, and Kansas just to name a few. He's currently going to UNCC full time and is working towards his BS in Accounting. He has worked for Wachovia for over 10 years. Peter has been married 5+ years and has one son born in Dec of 2004 and another one due in January of 2008. |

Larry Bernstein, Promotions Manager

Before moving to Harrisburg, Larry lived most of his life in a suburb of Philadelphia, Newtown, PA. He and his family made the decision to move to NC for a better life all around. He moved here in July of 2005. Larry has worked in the mortgage industry for the past 9 years and recently moved away from that and is now with one of the largest financial brokerages in the country, they work with Independent Brokers/ Financial Advisors. Larry is married to a WONDERFUL woman, Kirstin, since 2000 and has 3 kids; Gabrielle who will be 7 in April, Gracie 5, also in April, and finally that son, Hayden, who is almost 2 1/2. Larry graduated in 2007 with a BS in Business Management, which will help him in the role of Promotions Manager. He looks forward to networking with and helping to promote CADS and the GREAT things they do! The move to NC has been a rollercoaster at times, but has brought great joy and will surely be the place he calls “home” for many years to come!
