Criminal Attorney Serving
Seattle, Tacoma and around the Sound
James J. White

Individuals convicted of a crime in Washington State, whether through their own admission of guilt or through the determination of a jury, are subject to, among other penalties, fines, imprisonment, probation and community service. Defending your criminal case in the strongest possible way is critical to your freedom and your future.

The outcome of any criminal case depends upon the facts surrounding the crime charged, the strength of the evidence, the legal validity of law enforcement and courtroom procedure, and the goals and strategy of the government and defense. As an experienced Seattle Criminal Lawyer with over 12 years of trial experience, I will navigate you through this complicated legal process. I provide:
  • Quality, Cost Effective, Knowledgeable Advocacy.
  • Balancing aggressiveness when you’ve been wronged with diplomacy when you want things settled.
  • Eager to fight for you. Trial-hardened attorney with an excellent record of victory.
  • Flexible and Dedicated — I work after hours and weekends to serve you better. I make house-calls.
  • Service-Minded — Keeping you informed so you can worry less. Discussing the law to help you make decisions. We guide but you decide.
  • Your outcome — I fight for what you want, not for what makes us the most money. I provide low-cost flat fee rates so you do not spend money every time I pick up the phone or write a letter.
