We are a customer-service-oriented law firm focusing on the specialized needs of immigrants in criminal and deportation hearings and for immigrants applying for visas to enter or remain in the United States legally. Our experienced attorneys, including a former immigration prosecutor, understand the immigration system and the terrible effects a deportation can have on a family.

Immigration law is a very difficult and specialized area of the law. Our attorneys know the ins and outs of immigration law. We specialize in representing immigrants in removal and deportation hearings. If a form of relief is available, we will find it and aggressively represent our clients at the immigration court. In addition, our staff is well trained to help immigrants apply for visas and I130’s for loved ones. Let us help you fill out the paperwork and successfully complete the interview process. Immigration laws are very likely to change soon. When those laws change, our Firm will be ready to help immigrants gain legal status in the United States.

We understand the special concerns of immigrants. Specifically, we know what convictions are likely to result in a deportation. We have successfully used this knowledge to prevent our clients from being deported. If you are an immigrant, do not trust your criminal case to an attorney that does not know immigration law.

We provide initial consultations for $100 and will do jail visits for $200.  Bond hearings are $750 to $1500 based on location. Deportation hearings cost $3500-$5000 based on location. Application processing for family based visas are $800 (multiple visa discount may be available.) Payment plans are available for Deportation hearings.

As skilled Mesa Immigration Attorneys, we know it is critical for each and every application to be meticulously prepared, all deadlines met, all references verified, all data exact and everything documented in accordance with current laws.

We are ready and able to represent clients before Immigration Judges, the Board of Immigration Appeals, District Court and United States Circuit Courts. Although our Firm's office is located in Arizona, we are qualified to represent clients in immigration cases throughout the United States and travel to foreign embassies and consulates to directly handle problematic situations for immigration clients.
