I charge $225 per hour and require a minimum fee advance of $2,000. One hour consultations are billed at a flat rate of $200.

I handle business matters.  I do not handle consumer disputes (general examples include disputes over retail merchandise, vehicles, and consumer services). If you do not know whether you have a business or consumer dispute, and you paid less than $20,000 for the item or service at issue, then you have a consumer dispute, as I define that term.

• Successfully represented municipality before the Florida Department of Administrative Hearings in dispute with state agency over statutory compliance.
• Obtained summary judgment for a health insurer in a lawsuit brought by physicians alleging wrongful exclusion from a network and successfully defended the Judgment on appeal to the United States Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit.
• Obtained complete payment for $30,000+ medical bills for insured where insurance company completely denied coverage.
