I established Maikoetter Law PLLC in 1998, after a successful career with the prestigious Denver law firm of Friedlob Sanderson Raskin Paulson & Tourtillott, LLC. During my ten years with the Friedlob firm, I developed extensive experience in, and had major responsibilities for, complex corporate mergers and acquisitions, securities, financing and general business law matters.
