Kevin’s practice focuses largely on employment litigation and arbitration matters involving wage and hour disputes, enforcement and defense of violations of non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants, and defense of employers of all sizes against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under federal and state law. He also brings to the firm many years of experience representing employers before the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Texas Commission on Human Rights and the Texas Workforce Commission.
In addition, Kevin counsels clients in all aspects of human resources and employment law compliance and regularly conducts training and workplace investigations for his clients.
He has represented companies and officers and directors in multiple ERISA matters involving claims of denial of benefits as well as breach of fiduciary duties regarding investments in employer stock.
