The easiest way to find out if a payment has been made is to call the Child Support Hotline at 1­800­621­KIDS. This is a toll­free, 24­hour service that provides payment, tax refund offset and general child support information. It is updated every night. The hotline also lets you leave a message for your caseworker. If you call, you will be asked to enter your case number (it begins with a CS).
