Attorney Victor Pasternack
Victor Pasternack is the managing partner emeritus of Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton and Romano, LLP, a firm concentrating in workers' compensation, Social Security disability, civil service pension, and personal injury. Mr. Pasternack brings over 41 years of experience in the field of workers' compensation law and is well known in the legal community for his expertise in this area.
He received his B.A. from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York in 1970 and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1975. He has been a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association since 1978 and has served on its Board of Directors since 1987. Now serving as an emeritus member, he has been elected deputy treasurer, treasurer and secretary of the association. In 1988, he received the Distinguished Service Award of the Association.
Mr. Pasternack is also a founding member of the Injured Workers' Bar Association, has chaired the Workers' Compensation Committee of the Brooklyn Bar Association and has also served as the New York State Captain for Workers Compensation for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (now, the American Association for Justice). He is past president of the New York State Workers' Compensation Bar Association and member of the Workplace Injury Litigation Group and the New York State Bar Association, Insurance Personal Injury and Compensation Law Section, Workers Compensation Division. He also serves on the Board of Directors of WILG- Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group- A national organization of advocates for injured workers rights.
Attorney Edgar N. Romano
Mr. Romano, managing partner at Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP, handles workers compensation cases for the firm.
He received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Brandeis University and his Juris Doctorate degree from The John Marshall Law School. Mr. Romano litigates workers compensation claims, including cases involving occupational exposure, asbestos and industrial irritants. He has lectured extensively to labor unions and medical providers.
Mr. Romano is a Past President of the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group and current President of the Society of New York Workers Compensation Bar Association. He is a member of the Leader's Forum of the American Association for Justice and Past Chair of the workers compensation section. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Jewish Lawyer's Guild, and New York Committee for Occupational Safety & Health (NYCOSH). Mr. Romano serves on the Advisory Committee of the World Trade Center Medical Monitoring Program at Mt. Sinai Hospital and on the Advisory Board of the I.J. Selikoff Center for Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He is listed in "Who's Who in American Law."
Mr. Romano was named a Fellow of the College of Workers' Compensation in March 2015. Fellows are attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice in the field of workers' compensation.
Mr. Romano was selected to the Super Lawyers list for 2021 in the area of workers compensation by Super Lawyers magazine. He received this award each year between 2010-2020, as well.

Attorney Catherine M. Stanton
Catherine Stanton is a senior partner at the New York firm of Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP and head of the firm's workers' compensation department. The firm has been representing injured workers for over 80 years and focuses primarily on workers' compensation and social security disability claims.
Ms. Stanton graduated magna cum laude from St. John's University in 1986 and the Marshall Wythe School of Law, at the College of William and Mary, in 1989. She began working with the firm as an attorney in 1990 and became a partner in 1998. Ms. Stanton served as President of WILG, Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group from 2012-2013 which is a national non-profit membership organization dedicated to representing the interests of millions of workers and their families who, each year, suffer the consequences of workplace injuries and illnesses. Ms. Stanton is the past Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section for the American Association for Justice, a national organization that supports plaintiff trial lawyers.
Locally, Ms. Stanton was recently installed as a director for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. She is a past president of the Society of New York Workers Compensation' Bar Association which is a bipartisan organization compromised of attorneys representing all parties to a workers' compensation claim to work toward common goals. She is currently the Vice President of the Brehon Law Society of Nassau County which is focused on monitoring and eradication of violations of human rights and civil liberties principally but not exclusively in the north of Ireland.

Attorney Barbara Doblin Tilker
Ms. Tilker, a senior partner at Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP, handled Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claims for the firm, on a high volume basis for both adults and children.

Ms. Tilker has concentrated for more than thirty years in Social Security Disability law and has served two terms as President of the New York Social Security Bar Association from 1990-1994. She is presently a Trustee of this organization.
She was named in New York Super Lawyers of the Metro Region, in the practice area of Social Security Disability for the years 2007-2014 and has lectured extensively to groups for the disabled including the Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Arthritis Foundation. In addition, Super Lawyers in March 2015 named Ms. Tilker to its Top 100 list of female lawyers in the New York metro region. A year earlier, she was listed as one of the Top Women Attorneys in New York. We are very proud that she and another partner, Catherine M. Stanton, have been chosen for this honor.
She has appeared on public service radio and cable television on the topic of Social Security Disability and is presently on the panel of the Legal Referral Service of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York in the practice area of Social Security Disability.
Attorney Kevin P. Walsh
Mr. Walsh, a senior partner at Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP, handles workers compensation cases for the firm.
He obtained his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany and his Law Degree from Pace University Law School, and has been associated with the firm since 1980.

He received his undergraduate degree from Albany University in 1995 and later went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1998. He has been practicing law since 1999 and became a partner at the firm in 2007. He is the current President of the New York Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA). He is also the Co-Chair of the NYSTLA Workers' Compensation Committee and a member of the Legislative Committee, No-Fault Committee and Labor Law Committee. Attorney Michael Gruber

He is a graduate of Michigan State University in 1991 and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Denver College of Law in 1995.

Attorney Kelly Koster
Kelly Koster has been a partner with Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP since 2017, following 22 years as a senior associate with the firm. She concentrates her practice on workers' compensation cases, managing all phases of claims including section 32 settlements, occupational claims, and death claims. Attorney Koster is also the supervising attorney in our Suffolk County office.
Attorney Koster graduated from St. John's University in 1990 and received her Juris Doctorate degree at St. John's University School of Law in 1993. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York's Second Judicial Department.

Attorney Stephanie L. Weiner
Stephanie L. Weiner received her undergraduate degree from the University at Albany in 1997 and later went on to earn her Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2000. Attorney J. Anklowitz
Mr. Anklowitz is an associate at Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP, representing clients in Social Security Disability matters.
He received his Bachelor's Degree from the College of New Jersey in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1998 where he was President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. For his leadership, the club was presented with the Organization of the Year Award.

Attorney Dimitris Antoninis

Dimitris earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in May 2020. During law school, Dimitris participated in a school-run clinic which provided free legal aid to low-income Queens residents dealing with consumer debt issues. Before obtaining his law degree, Dimitris graduated magna cum laude from Stonybrook University in 2016 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Hellenic Studies.
Attorney Lynne Beccaro
Ms. Beccaro received scholarships to attend Fordham University, where she earned a Bachelors degree in Political Science/Psychology/Sociology, and Seton Hall School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate. While attending Seton Hall Law, Ms. Beccaro was selected to write the case for the 1987/88 Moot Court Competition.
Before joining the Firm, Ms. Beccaro was an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County specializing in narcotics and homicide prosecutions. She then went on to personal injury and medical malpractice litigation and to be a managing attorney. During her career, Ms. Beccaro tried in excess of 120 cases to verdict.
Ms. Beccaro has been an adjunct professor of law and psychology at Mercy College for over 24 years. She has taught a wide range of courses including Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law, Business Law, Family Violence and the Death Penalty in America. She is licensed in NY and CT.
Attorney Richard T. Cahill Jr.
Richard T. Cahill Jr., an associate attorney with Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP, handles workers' compensation and volunteer firefighter benefits cases for the firm.
He received his undergraduate degree in History/Political Science from Mount Saint Mary College in 1993 and earned his juris doctorate degree in 1996 from Albany Law School. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of New York. He previously served as the representative for the Ulster County Bar Association in the House of Delegates for the New York State Bar Association.
He previously served as a Fire Commissioner in the City of Kingston, New York from 2012-2016, and is an active social member of A.H. Wicks Engine & Truck Company, the oldest volunteer fire company in the City of Kingston.
For many years, he served as an Attorney Advisor for the Coleman High School Mock Trial Team. He is also a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus. He is currently training for his black belt in judo.

His second book, Sidetracked, The Betrayal and Murder of Anna Kithcart, was awarded the Honorable Mention prize as 2017 IndieFab True Crime Book of the Year.
Attorney Crystal T. Stewart
Crystal Stewart earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and a Juris Doctorate degree from University of Illinois College of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and has over ten years experience in the field of workers compensation and personal injury law.
She has made presentations to physicians at the Mount Sinai Hospital Occupational Medicine Clinic and the World Trade Center Medical Monitoring and Treatment Program, as well as to community physicians specializing in treatment of injured workers. Attorney Peter DiMarinis
Peter J. DiMarinis practices in the workers’ compensation division at Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP. He is a graduate of the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University where he was the recipient of the Scott Skodnick merit scholarship for academic excellence. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. In law school, he worked at the Law Center’s Not-For-Profit Corporate Law Clinic helping local organizations with corporate tax filings.
Prior to joining Pasternack, Peter previously worked as a workers’ compensation trial attorney and commercial litigation attorney. He also interned at American Home Investment Corp. in the corporate legal department.
Peter currently serves on the Board of Directors for the statewide Injured Workers’ Bar Association where he holds the position of 2nd Vice President. He previously served as Secretary on the executive board of said Association. He has been named a Lawyer of Distinction for excellence in practice of Workers’ Compensation Law for the years 2017-2021. Peter is a frequent guest lecturer at local bar associations, continuing legal education seminars, labor organizations and medical facilities.
Attorney Sean Hastings
Sean Hastings, an associate with Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP, handles workers' compensation cases for the firm. He has been a practicing attorney since January 2018.
Sean earned a B.S. in legal studies from the University of Central Florida. After graduating from the University of Central Florida, Sean earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in May of 2017.
During his last year in law school, Sean participated in expungement clinics and volunteered at the local legal aid office helping residents retain their social security benefits. Sean is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Attorney Courtney L. Kahoud
Courtney L. Kahoud was a merit scholarship recipient and received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2012. She is admitted to practice law in both New York, New Jersey and pending admission in Florida.
Before pursuing her law degree, Ms. Kahoud graduated with Dean's List recognition from Stony Brook University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in both political science and history.

Attorney Paul Macerino

Mr. Macerino received his bachelor of science degree in Business Management from Eastern University, where he was a member of the Men's Lacrosse team and served as team captain.
