"I retained the Devadoss Law Firm, PLLC to represent me in two federal employment cases: A Worker’s comp (OWCP) case and a disability retirement (OPM) case. In both cases, The Devadoss Law Firm did a fantastic job, winning both cases, despite considerable opposition, and I remain very satisfied with the service I received. The Devadoss Law Firm knows their stud and will fight for their clients’ interests! Their rates are reasonable, and their service is reliable. I would recommend the Devadoss Law firm wholeheartedly to anyone who may be in need of strong, reliable legal representation." - Nancy B.
"The best business decision that I ever made was to hire Bobby Devadoss and his associates to represent me in my complaint of age discrimination and retaliation against the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. I speak from personal experience, since I have been across the table from Bobby in a Federal arbitration case, and then, thankfully, as his client in my EEOC trial. There are two reasons why Bobby and his colleagues are the best bet if you want the best representation: (1) Bobby has more and better experience as a Federal attorney himself in investigating complaints of wrongdoing on the part of Federal agencies and prosecuting violations; and (2) most importantly, Bobby is a bit of a pit bull who has a remarkable ability to corner and pounce on hostile witnesses during cross-examination.
"In my case, for instance, Bobby maneuvered my ex-boss into admitting that he lied in certifying that my performance appraisal document was true. We haven't received the Judge's decision yet, but I'm sure that my boss's confession won't hurt me a bit. Whatever the outcome, I am totally happy with the choice of the Devadoss law Firm to handle my case!" - John N.
" Bobby your firm is #1 in my book! Awesome job! I will forever sing your praises. Thank you so much to you and your team for representing me. Keep up the good work Representing Federal Employees." - M. A. (Federal Human Resource Manager)
"I would like to thank everyone at the firm on the outstanding work that was done on my case. I would also like to Thank Debra for the Outstanding job that she did for me with dealing with all involved. She was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for anyone else. Great job!!!!!!!" - Linda J.
"The following information is being provided to alert the public to the excellent/outstanding services provided to me by the Devadoss Law Firm in particularly Attorneys Bobby Devadoss and Debra L. Hauser: In November 2013 I experienced another severe back problem/injury which resulted in me undergoing a third back surgery in August 2014. During this time period Attorney, Bobby Devadoss informed me that based on what I was sharing with him about how my back injury occurred I may have a workman comp claim against my employer. He then introduced me to Attorney, Debra L. Hauser one of the lead lawyer in his law practice. Once I decided to move forward with filing my workman comp case, she took complete charge of the situation. She led me patiently in the right direction that provided, in my favor, a positive outcome. I had no knowledge of how to proceed as a layman in order to be successful outside of filing an application. However, I soon founded out that the most crucial and vital part of my submission was providing the right information the first time and she was masterful. Without her there would be no success story for me, only gloom and doom. She and her entire staff/office were excellent throughout my journey with the maze of paperwork and workman comp rules. Her professionalism, ease of verbal communications we shared and serious care displayed towards my outcome were heartwarming as a lawyer. She always made herself available to me and for this I say thanks and she will be in my debt for life " - Howard O.
"The Devadoss Law Firm won an MSPB appeal for my whistle-blower retaliation case against my agency. This law firm handled my case with integrity and they actually care about their clients. Ms. Stephanie Bernstein handled my MSPB appeal. She is professional, highly skilled, and extremely knowledgeable. As a result, I won the appeal. I would highly recommend her if you ever find yourself in the very unfortunate position of filing an appeal because it is extremely unlikely you can handle it on your own. When you are going against something as huge and complex as the federal government it is important that you use a law firm that practices in this area exclusively. I would refer this law firm to my coworkers and friends." - Christine R.

"I first encountered Bobby over the telephone for advise and reassurance after facing a troubling and intimidating incident as a federal employee three weeks out of orientation. Bobby directed me on how to protect myself and what would possibly unfold. Not only was Bobby correct in his assessment, Bobby and his pleasant staff were there with assistance and a smile when I needed legal help. We prevailed and I am grateful for the assistance and accommodating fees. I have dealt with legal staff before and I could not say I have ever been as satisfied with my representation as I was with Bobby's firm Thank you Bobby and staff. " - Fred C.
" My OWCP case was denied by DOL and this law firm got my case accepted. The lawyers in this Firm are very knowledgeable about OWCP and they got my Recurrence claim accepted. I would 100% refer this law firm to my friends and coworkers and I have done so already!" - Rosalinda
"I wish to thank Debra Hauser, senior counsel, and the Devadoss Law Firm from the bottom of my heart for the outstanding job you did by resolving my claim with the Department of Labor/Office of Workers' Compensation. I could not have gotten those results without you. Dealing with those claims examiners was a daunting task. You definitely know the laws and regulations involved. Whatever they threw at us you handled promptly and professionally. Your empathy, knowledge and sincerity were genuinely appreciated. You understood what I was going through.
Receiving reinstatement of my monthly compensation and backpay has been life changing. I can now breathe much easier and walk with a much lighter step.
I am very grateful to Bobby Devadoss for accepting my case and assigning Debra Hauser to it. Without any hesitation I would recommend the Devadoss Law Firm to any federal employee who needs an attorney." - Lorraine J.
"I would like to also say that from the very beginning I have had nothing but help and treated with respect and genuine caring. Debra Houser has been such a great help to me. I have talked to her when it was the darkest of days for me, when I hung up with her I was seeing the sun shine through. There is a special touch that is given that does not come from other Law Offices. I am glad that I have this Firm handling my case and taking care of me. I would like to thank the staff for always being prompt and knowing." - Ronna C.
"I was wrongfully terminated and this law firm helped me get my job back. Bobby Devadoss always kept me informed about the status of my case and he got me the results that I was seeking in my case. The firm charged me reasonable fees for its services and I would refer this law firm to my friends and coworkers." - E.R-T.
I owe such great respect and appreciation to The Devadoss Law Firm PLLC. They accepted and represented my case before the Board in an appeal to stop the recension of ALL my OWCP medical benefits after a prior acceptance decision. Accepting my case, Debra and her wonderful team IMMEDIATELY went to work. Just 2 days after accepting my case Debra called me and had fully evaluated the evidence and did a complete layout of my case sighting numerous laws and cases supporting my appeal. (Besides this, her team called me numerous times within those days keeping me abreast of the situation and making sure I was OK.) With great respect, courtesy, knowledge and assurance, Debra and her caring staff answered all my questions and concerns. I knew this was a tremendous team of experts representing myself and my case. I felt I had a tremendous burden lifted off of me and replaced with reassurance. Bobby, Debra, Stephanie, Jessica, Andrea and the entire staff of The Devadoss Law Firm deeply and personally care. They show this by handling cases with truth and PURE love and respect of the law. With this great dedication and fairness they won my OWCP appeal proficiently and professionally. They have further represented me in other issues that have come up from my work injury.
Their firm charges very reasonable rates. It would be a great blessing to anyone needing federal law assistance to have this great law firm representing you. "It is a very scary thing to go through an internal OIG or OIA investigation. This law firm helped me a great deal with this process and they made sure that I understood my rights and provided me with great assistance during this difficult period. My agency wrongfully found me to be unsuitable and this firm helped me to show that I was in fact suitable and I was able to retain my federal job. Bobby Devadoss got me the results that I was seeking in my case." - Elizabeth Y.
"There I was, performing the duties of a risk manager. I had made a number of positive changes in the program and while all the changes were not appreciated they were all needed. I had kudos from my manager and what seemed like a bright future performing an unpopular but necessary task. The next thing I knew I was being accused of trying to hide a single peer review. No reason or motive was ever given. I was removed from my job for six months while they investigated the matter. There was a board of inquiry formed which had been prefaced with details of my accusers. I had no information on the questions they would ask and no way of preparing to answer their questions. They found my answers questionable as to their authenticity. I was threatened with termination for being late on a single peer review! That is when Mr. Devadoss stepped in and took my case. He was able to turn termination into a three day suspension. You just can't understand how upsetting all of these events are until you are there. You won't have any warning and when it happens your network of supporters and friends melts away out of fear. You need someone to stand by you. You need Mr. Devadoss.
Bobby took the time to help me with my issues, he promptly returned my calls and Got me the results that I was seeking in my case. This law firm handled my case with integrity and they actually care about their clients. I would refer this law firm to my friends and coworker. " - John, H

"Debra, I wanted to extend to you my highest gratitude for the exhausting work you did to win Charler's case. There are absolutely no words in the English language that can describe the miraculous work you did. Any lawyer who is able to break through and win a case with the hard core bureaucratic red tapes of constant denials and abuse from the personnel of the USPS and U.S. Department of Labor is a miraculous defense lawyer. If I could think of a better word than miraculous to describe your dedication, persistence, and determination to win this case for us I would have used it.
We will with NO reservations refer individuals who have been defeated and exhausted by this bureaucracy directly to you.
Thank you again, again, and again....." - F.G.
"My experience with the Devadoss Law Firm was very positive. The outcome that the Devadoss Law Firm achieved literally saved my 25+ years professional career from total ruin. I was in a tenuous whistleblower/retaliation situation, involving a federal agency, in which I had little recourse on my own. Mr. Devadoss provided excellent legal guidance and was always upfront with me. He, as well as his staff, also understood the "human side" of the emotional impact that a client experiences. They treated me with compassion, dignity, and respect as a worthy, creditable person. Mr. Devadoss and his staff promptly responded to my emails and /or phone calls and did not charge me for every single inquiry, as many law firms do. Mr. Devadoss' legal fees were fair and reasonable, and he explained everything; there were no "hidden fees". I will definitely recommend the Devadoss Law Firm to anyone who has an employment issue with a government agency." - M.S.M.
"The lawyers in this firm are very knowledgeable about OWCP. They promptly returned my calls and always kept me informed about my case. OWCP denied several of my conditions and this law firm got those conditions added. They charged me reasonable fees and they got me the results that I was seeking in my case. This law firm handled my case with integrity and I would refer this law firm to my friends" - Joel C.
" I want to personally thank you for the professionalism and expertise that he brought to my case. You took my case that appeared hopeless and gave me hope. I pray that God will continue to bless you and to help those who are in need." - Mardecia W.
"I first filed a claim without an attorney and missed an important step. Debra Hauser caught the mistake and got my claim accepted. It's very stressful and frustrating trying to deal with OWCP on your own. After hiring Devadoss law Firm , I was able to relax, knowing they would take care of everything. I would definitely recommend Devadoss law Firm." - Juanita M.
"You are so incredibly efficient and your efforts far exceed my hopes for help with dealing with DOL in these silly circles they run in. My colleagues know my own personal experience with having played hardball with DOL on my own. I routinely get asked questions and now my immediate response is to ask, 'have you considered an attorney?'. Any and all things I can learn to better assist my colleagues and hopefully convince more not to play DOL's games alone would allow me to better serve my friends both colleagues and my new friends of you all." - P.A.
"My OWCP case was denied by DOL and this law firm got my case accepted and got me the results I was seeking in my case. THANK YOU SO MUCH Debra for all you have done for me. The fee was very fair and it is challenging to find anyone who will take on the feds because they have become so powerful (and corrupt)". - Kae A.
"The Devadoss Law Firm has to be the best kept secret in the State of Texas, and I cannot imagine a person with a legal concern not using them. This firm and its personnel were caring, and administered my case professionally. My Representative kept in close contact with me on each issue that came up, and followed-up to make sure we had a successful conclusion to each problem.
Due to the outstanding work of The Devadoss Law Firm; I have been fully restored my Disability Income, which was terminated and I also was awarded dependent payments from The Department of Labor.
I would confidently recommend this firm to anyone, because they know how to navigate the system and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the regulations yielding a positive outcome for their client.
Again, thank you for a job well done!!!!!" - Goldie S.
