What are the rules on final paychecks in Wyoming?

Generally, under Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 27-4-104, an employer must issue a final paycheck to a terminated employee within five (5) business days. Likewise, pursuant to Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 27-4-104, an employee who quits his or her job must receive his or her final paycheck within five (5) business days.
