What are the rules on final paychecks in South Dakota?

Generally, under S.D. Codified Laws §§ 60-11-10, 60-11-14, an employer must issue a final paycheck to an employee who has been terminated, or who has quit his or her job, on the next regularly scheduled pay date, or when the employee returns the employer’s property.
