What are the rules on final paychecks in Nebraska?

Generally, under Neb. Rev. Stat. §48-1230, an employer must issue a final paycheck to a terminated employee on the next regularly scheduled pay date, or within two (2) weeks, whichever is earlier. Likewise, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §48-1230, an employee who quits his or her job is entitled to receive his or her final paycheck on the next regularly scheduled pay date, or within two (2) weeks, whichever is earlier.
