What are the rules on final paychecks in Delaware?

Generally, under Delaware Code Ann. tit. 19, § 1103, an employer must issue a final paycheck to a terminated employee no later than the next regularly scheduled pay date. Similarly, an employee who quits his or her job is not entitled to a final paycheck until the next regularly scheduled pay date. Under either circumstance, the former employee is entitled to receive his or her final paycheck via mail if he or she so requests.
