What Is The Relevant Law In Montana That Governs Animals And Pets?
Montana State Statutes cover criminal matters and licensing requirements for pets and animals in the subsections contained within section 723 of the Montana State Statutes. Civil liability relating to dogs and other animals is covered by the subsections within section 271715 through section 271728. Additional coverage of useful animal law rules and regulations are contained in sections 498209 through 498211, and in section 874407.
