Is there a fee for applying for an Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) registry identification card?

Yes. The $100 new or renewal application fee must be paid in full at the time that you file your application for an OMMP registry identification card. However, patients who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits, food stamps, and/or coverage under the Oregon Health Plan need only pay a reduced fee of $20.00.
