Attorney Gary C. Angiuli 
Gary C. Angiuli is a founder and the managing partner of Angiuli & Gentile, LLP, a New York City law firm. He also serves as the supervising partner of the firm's Business, Franchise, and Real Estate Group.
As a seasoned advisor to entrepreneurs, Mr. Angiuli helps to identify potential legal problems and assists business owners in minimizing risk throughout their companies. He also advises those who want to purchase or sell businesses, providing comprehensive legal analysis at all stages of their transactions. He has extensive experience in business formation/corporate structure, acquisitions, negotiation, drafting and reviewing business-related contracts, shareholder/partnership agreements, commercial litigation, real estate transactions and the review of complex commercial leases. Mr. Angiuli has personally negotiated leases involving hundreds of thousands of feet of commercial office space in the New York City area.
For more than 20 years, Mr. Angiuli also has written, registered and reviewed Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) for all types of businesses. He advises numerous franchisors as well as franchisees, assisting them with every aspect of their new franchise ventures. He has provided counsel to both start-up and experienced franchisors, having advised companies up to 250 units. Mr. Angiuli also represents clients in franchise-related litigation and acts as an advisor to national as well as local franchise clients.
He is a member of the Richmond County Bar Association, where he serves on the Judiciary Committee, and is a former member of the Association's Board of Directors. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and has served on the Board of Directors for the New York Workers' Compensation Bar Association. In addition, he has lectured on franchising, commercial leasing, and workers' compensation.
Mr. Angiuli's pro bono activities have included work on behalf of the Saint George Theatre, Seaman's Society for Children and Families, March of Dimes, Luzerne Music Center, Meals on Wheels, the YMCA, the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, and the College of Staten Island Foundation, where he served as Vice President and on the Board of Directors.

Attorney Annamarie Gulino Gentile
Annamarie Gulino Gentile is the Supervising Partner at Angiuli & Gentile, LLP a full-service law firm. In addition to supervising attorneys in the firm, in her capacity as an elder law attorney, Ms. Gentile advises families on how to protect life-long assets in the event that long-term care is required for themselves or their loved ones. Her estate planning work includes drafting documents such as wills, living trusts (revocable and irrevocable), family agreements, health care directives, and durable powers of attorney. Ms. Gentile counsels clients on business succession issues, charitable giving, probate and administration matters, trust administration and litigation. Additionally, she advises non-traditional couples and families, including single parent households, same sex couples and those living with domestic partners with regard to unique planning needs. Ms. Gentile is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and is also a Department of Veterans Affairs-Accredited Attorney who assists veterans in their eligibility for a variety of benefits, including those available under the Aid and Attendance program, which is aimed at helping veterans and their spouses pay for personal care and assistance with daily living either at home or at an assisted living facility. She is a magna cum laude graduate of the State of New York at Albany and received her J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School. Ms. Gentile is a past Chair of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board. She is the Immediate Past Chair of the Community Agency for Senior Citizens (CASC) and is currently a board member of CASC and Meals On Wheels of Staten Island, Inc. In May, 2019, Ms. Gentile was appointed by the Honorable Bill DeBlasio, Mayor of The City of New York, to the Age-friendly NYC Commission. She is an avid volunteer for many causes involving the elderly and special needs population and offers frequent seminars to the public in the area of elder law. Ms. Gentile was a recipient of the Staten Island Friends for Hospice Care Couple of the Year Award, and was an honoree at both the Garibaldi-Meucci Annual Luncheon and the Italian-American Women of Staten Island Annual Luncheon where she was recognized for her contributions as an Italian American in the Community of Staten Island. Most recently, she received the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce Louis R. Miller Business Leadership Award and the Community Agency for Senior Citizens (CASC) Community Service Award.

Attorney Stefanie L. DeMario-Germershausen 
Stefanie Lynn DeMario is a Managing Partner for Angiuli & Gentile, LLP. Her areas of concentration include estate planning, probate and estate administration, as well as Medicaid planning and applications.
Ms. DeMario assists clients in protecting current assets with an eye towards the future. Her expertise in Medicaid rules and regulations allows for success in both emergency and structured Medicaid planning.
Ms. DeMario is admitted to the New York State Bar, the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court of New Jersey. She received a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. A St. John’s University alumna, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree while serving as the President of the University’s Moot Court Association and maintaining Dean’s List status.

Attorney Gabriella Giovinazzo
Gabriella Giovinazzo is a dedicated Associate Attorney at Angiuli & Gentile, LLP concentrating in divorce and family law. Before joining Angiuli & Gentile, Ms. Giovinazzo served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office focusing on a wide array of criminal matters including domestic violence cases. These experiences have given her a unique perspective and deep empathy for individuals who are navigating complex, emotionally charged situations. Ms. Giovinazzo's background as an Assistant District Attorney reinforced her strong advocacy skills and provided her with an extensive understanding of both the protective measures required to provide safety in difficult family situations as well as of the dynamics of family conflict.
Ms. Giovinazzo was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2022 after receiving her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2021 where she excelled in courses in both family law and advocacy. Attorney Joseph A. O’Shea 
Joseph A. O’Shea is an award-winning trial attorney with over 35 years of experience representing clients in a wide range of areas. He now focuses his practice on divorce and matrimonial law, family law issues in family court as well as criminal arrears that are often involved in divorce cases as well as family court cases.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. O’Shea was an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County. In that role, he prosecuted and tried numerous criminal cases. After handling cases in Bronx County, Mr. O’Shea was recruited by the Staten Island District Attorney’s Office and was immediately assigned to the Supreme Court and again handled and tried numerous felony cases including homicides and other serious felonies.

Attorney Erin K. Colgan
Erin K. Colgan is a Senior Partner at the law firm of Angiuli & Gentile, LLP. With over 23 years of experience in Family Law, she leads the firm’s Divorce, Family Law and Mediation Departments.
Ms. Colgan’s areas of concentration include both contested and uncontested divorces, child custody and support matters, separation agreements, post-judgment child support modification, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, mediation, and most notably, high-stakes litigation. Ms. Colgan also offers pension valuation services and assists divorcing parties with QDRO agreements. She is often consulted and retained by other members of the Bar who need assistance drafting orders to divide pension benefits following divorce proceedings.
