Attorney Caridad Pastor
Ms. Caridad Pastor holds a J.D. degree from New York University Law School, and she is a Root-Tilden Snow Scholar. Ms. Pastor is the founder of Pastor & Associates, P.C., and has been serving the international community for over two decades.
Ms. Pastor has worked for and partner with various world-wide recognized organizations before she established her own law firm in Michigan. While Ms. Pastor was the Director of Migration of the Archdiocese of Detroit, she tirelessly lobbied in Washington, D.C. on many issues among them to bring an immigration court to Detroit, Michigan.
Ms. Pastor also worked at the United Nations in New York, where she dealt with international disarmament and human rights issues. She is a former U.S. Attorney’s Office consultant in the District of New Jersey. She also worked in the Civil Rights Division for the City of New York handling the application of the new immigration laws.
Ms. Pastor is well known attorney for fighting on behalf of clients who have been waiting for their green cards or citizenship for over a decade. By filing numerous Mandamus law suits, she has been able to get her clients the green cards in less than a month and U.S. citizenship determinations rapidly. She is a recognized for filing numerous Habeas Corpuses on behalf of detained clients. These legal actions against ICE and other federal immigration agencies have stopped the deportation of our clients and have led to their immediate release from wrongful detention.

Attorney Egi Deromemaj
Ms. Egi Deromemaj holds a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Ms. Deromemaj is a native of Albania and emigrated to the United States as a child. She has firsthand experience of the immigration process and therefore feels a link to each and every client that she works with.
Ms. Deromemaj joined the firm in 2012. Ms. Deromemaj specializes in array of employment immigration matters. She has experience representing a range of clients, from individuals to companies, on a wide variety of employment-based and family-based immigration matters. She is a litigant that understands the importance of each and every case. Ms. Deromemaj is currently admitted to the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court-Eastern District of Michigan.

Attorney Mayson Habhab
Ms. Mayson Habhab holds a J.D. from the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class, and has over eight years of immigration law experience. She is a first-generation American of Lebanese heritage. Her heritage, in addition to her family’s own immigration narrative, fuels her passion for immigration law.
Ms. Habhab has proficiency in a variety of immigration related matters. She specializes in a plethora of family immigration matters, hardship waivers, E-2 Investment Visas, EB-1 Extraordinary Ability visas for athletes, entertainers, etc., removal defense matters, and affirmative asylum matters, with a focus on Middle-Eastern claims.
