Attorney Charles H. Lynch
Attorney Charles H. Lynch concentrates his practice in the field of Personal Injury Protection law. He has been a practicing attorney in New Jersey for over 30 years.
Mr. Lynch started his legal career as a Deputy Attorney General under New Jersey Attorney General W. Carey Edwards. He has extensive personal injury litigation experience and has tried complex cases on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Mr. Lynch has also handled Personal Injury Protection matters for most of his career.

Attorney Jason A. Richman
Jason A. Richman, Esq., grew up in the Finger Lakes region of New York in the town of Skaneateles, New York. Since earning his Juris Doctor with honors from the Syracuse University College of Law in 1996, more than 23 years ago, Jason A. He had tried dozens of cases to verdict and handled Appeals in all 4 of New York’s Appellate Divisions, and the NY Court of Appeals. Attorney Bianca N. Cuellar
Bianca N. Cuellar received her J.D. from Western Michigan University - Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she was a member of Moot and Mock Trial clubs. Ms. Cuellar was declared a top oral advocate in her school’s Moot Court competition and was a part of the select few Moot Court students to compete in a first year state wide competition. In her last year of law school, Ms. Cuellar was a judicial intern with the Third Judicial Circuit Court in Detroit, Michigan, where she found a love for personal injury and helping others.
Ms. Cuellar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Dominican College and a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, Ms. Cuellar is fluent in Spanish.

Attorney Paul A. Krauss
Paul A. Krauss specializes in representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog attacks, products liability, assaults and general personal injury matters.
Mr. Krauss is a New Jersey native, being born and raised in Bergen County. He attended Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1986. Attorney Kenneth W. Thayer
Mr. Kenneth W. Thayer has been a practicing trial attorney for 20 plus years. Mr. Thayer has tried numerous civil jury and workers’ compensation trials to completion. Mr. Thayer has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His current practice is solely dedicated to the representation of individuals in personal injury matters. Attorney Eric J. Plantier
Attorney Eric J. Plantier concentrates his practice in the field of Personal Injury law. At the outset of his career, he began on the other side of a personal injury courtroom, focusing on personal injury protection litigation. He rapidly became the primary attorney for claims involving sever injuries, including maimings, paralysis, and death. He uses this experience along with his ability to quickly and correctly analyze matters in order to streamline cases and ensure clients are fairly compensated for the damages they have sustained.
Attorney Plantier’s education began at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biopsychology and Cognitive Studies in 2001. He then chose to continue his education at Seton Hall University School of Law, located in Newark, New Jersey. Upon completing his studies in 2004, he was admitted to the New Jersey Bar.
After completing his J.D., Attorney Plantier was admitted to the New Jersey Bar. He later received his license to practice law in the state of New York in 2008. Today, he is also permitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey as well.

Attorney William J. Scherman
William J. Scherman has specialized in New Jersey Workers' Compensation Law for more than 35 years. He is proud to bring his expertise and experience to this firm where he can help more people get the help they deserve.
Born in Newark, New Jersey, he grew up there and in West Orange. He attended high school in New York and went to Queens College of CUNY with a year off to study abroad, majoring in English Writing, Literature, and History. He attended college at night while studying full time at a yeshiva during the day. He followed that with a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University.
He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the New Jersey supreme Court as well as to the Federal District Court of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
He is also a member of CERT – the Civilian Emergency Response Team – in Passaic County and an active member of Chaveirim, a civilian volunteer help organization. He also volunteers as a CASA – Court Appointed Special Advocate – for foster children in Essex County; he is used to fighting for the underdog.
Attorney Greg Shaffer
Greg Shaffer has the requisite experience and well-honed litigation skills to handle complex cases. Greg is one of a small group of trial lawyers that have been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and has successfully argued many trials and appellate matters on factually complicated and highly contested legal issues on behalf of hundreds of injured clients and their families. Attorney Anthony J. Vindigni
Anthony J. Vindigni is the managing attorney of the firm's satellite office located in Ewing, New Jersey. Anthony grew up in Brooklyn and Staten Island, New York before moving to New Jersey with his family to attend high school at Allentown High School. After high school he completed a double major at Quinnipiac University in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies before going on to attend law school. While attending Quinnipiac University, Anthony was awarded the Outstanding Junior and Senior of the Year awards and was named to the list of Who's Who Amongst College Students. Anthony also acted as the President of the Student Programming Board organizing events for the entire campus and as a Vice-President of the Student Body. After graduating, Anthony went on to complete an accelerated Juris Doctorate program from Cooley Law School (now known as Western Michigan University) graduating in two-years before returning to New Jersey. In February of 2009, Anthony sat for and passed the New Jersey and New York state bar examinations. Ever since becoming an attorney, Anthony has continually represented injured persons in personal injury and worker's compensation matters.
Anthony has continually worked on behalf of injured victims since becoming an attorney and handles all aspect of cases from their inception to trial. Attorney Brian W. Banasiak

Attorney Marc Garbar

After receiving his B.S. degree in Accounting from Long Island University, Marc went on to receive his J.D. at Nova Southeastern University School of Law. At the start of his legal career, Marc was privileged to serve in the City of New York’s Corporation Council, ensuring that Borough ordinances were legally sound and defending the City in matters of civil litigation. From there, Marc gained a deep passion for the areas of employment and business law, synthesizing both into a legal approach that considers the best possible outcomes for workers and employers alike.
Over the years, Marc has continued to represent clients with a range of employment law claims, and to educate local businesses with the goal of eradicating discriminatory and unethical behavior. Attorney Darren Goldberger
Attorney Darren Goldberger has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since 2003. He has over fourteen years of experience as a litigation attorney representing individuals and corporations as both Plaintiffs and Defendants in courts throughout the State of New Jersey. He has tried over fifty cases to verdict with a high winning percentage.
Goldberger was born in New Jersey and raised in South Florida. He began working at the age of fourteen as a bag boy and would go on to work in numerous service industry positions during high school and college. Attended Coral Springs Highschool in Coral Springs, Florida, graduating in 1993. Was a member of the high school debate team, specializing in extemporaneous speaking. Graduated in 1997 from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications/Radio and TV Broadcasting. Worked for WUFT 89.1 as a reporter and news broadcaster, including six months as the host of the afternoon news program. Attended Rutgers-Camden University School of Law and graduated in 2002 with a Juris Doctorate. Spent one-year during law school interning for Tycom, a subsidiary of Tyco International. Bartended at the local Camden watering hole Hanks, which was a popular hang-out for law students at Rutgers-Camden at that time.
He has tried cases in multiple vicinages throughout New Jersey, including Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Union, Morris and Monmouth Counties.
Attorney Kevin E. Kruse
Attorney Kevin E. Kruse’s legal practice focuses on cases involving motor vehicle liability, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death, and assault. In 2017 alone, he handled motor vehicle, trucking and fall down cases for his clients, resulting in millions of dollars in combined settlements and/or verdicts. Mr. Kruse received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. He attended Hofstra Law School on a merit scholarship. While in law school, he simultaneously earned a Masters of Business Arts degree from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business. Mr. Kruse was also a student intern for the Consumer Frauds and Protection Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General. Upon graduating from law school, he served as a law clerk for Judge Gerald Lebovits of the New York City Civil Court in the Bronx.
Mr. Kruse is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Bar Association of the City of New York, and the New York State Bar Association.
