Down-To-Earth Representation For Everyday New Yorkers
“Aggressive,” confrontational legal tactics look good on billboards and television shows. But out here in the real world of legal advocacy, resolving disputes and protecting your business or livelihood requires knowledge, diligence and a methodical, strategic approach that has been proven to secure favorable results.
I am Attorney Sam Drukman. I established my law practice to empower and protect everyday New Yorkers who are facing legal challenges that threaten their jobs, businesses or finances, and to give a voice to victims of discrimination and students with special needs. I am here to solve problems, not create drama.
In the courtroom or at the negotiating table, my detailed preparation and sophisticated yet down-to-earth advocacy get the job done. So call me when you need a good lawyer, and leave the grandstanding to others.

Attorney Samuel Drukman
Samuel Drukman is an experienced litigator and legal advisor serving the New York City metro area. After graduating from Boston College Law School in 2005, Sam has counseled and represented individuals, families, small businesses, and non-profit organizations in New York State and Federal Courts, in hearings and ADR proceedings before regulatory agencies, and in business deals and transactions. He has won difficult cases, some of which had been given up as "unwinnable" by colleagues, was praised by judges for his well-organized and passionate arguments, and had a decision referenced in the legal encyclopedia New York Jurisprudence. 2nd Ed. Significant parts of Sam's legal practice include Business & Commercial Law, Contract Law, Wage & Hour Law, Consumer Fraud and Identity Thefts matters, as well as advocacy for school-age children with special needs. His 2016 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) presentation on the historical context and procedural fundamentals of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) continues to garner highly positive reviews.
Prior to entering legal practice, Sam worked in historic preservation and museum operations, with experience in both exhibit fabrication and collection stewardship, including implementing software-based solutions to organizing archival and artifact collections. When not practicing law or spending time with his family in New York and Pennsylvania, Sam volunteers at the Historic Aircraft Restoration Project at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn, where on many Saturdays he can be found working in the restoration shop or guiding tours around a World War II hangar filled with fascinating New York City aviation history.
