Attorney Ty Hyderally, P.C.
Ty Hyderally is the Owner of Hyderally & Associates, P.C. located in Montclair, New Jersey and New York, New York. He has been included in the list of Top Ten Leaders of Employment Law in Northern New Jersey1 and concentrates on Employment Law. In August 2006, Mr. Hyderally was selected to the Super Lawyer in New Jersey list as a Rising Star.2 The Firm takes pride in aggressively and efficiently litigating to protect the rights of their clients whether the party on the other side is a small company or a mega corporation of over 10,000 employees. He is a former President of the National Employment Law Association (New Jersey) from 2008-2012. He served as the Chairperson of the New Jersey Employment Law Seminar for many years. Furthermore, he was a member of the New Jersey Bar Association (Employment Section) and is a member of the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Section).
In May 2005, Mr. Hyderally was nominated to serve as the Co-Chairperson of the Trial Litigation Sub-committee of the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Litigation Section. This nomination is a significant honor, as the Trial Litigation Sub-committee is considered one of the most significant sub-committees of the Employment Litigation Section. This nomination demonstrates Mr. Hyderally's commitment to trial litigation and reflects how he is viewed by other seasoned national litigators who nominated him to this position of Co-Chairperson. Mr. Hyderally served continuously as the Co-Chairperson for almost two decades until the current date.
Mr. Ty Hyderally has served as a featured speaker at national and New Jersey seminars to attorneys, human resources professionals and corporate officers on such subjects as employment law, sexual harassment, workplace torts, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. Attorney Jennifer Vorih
Jennifer Vorih is an associate with Hyderally & Associates, P.C. Ms. Vorih is admitted to practice in New Jersey State and Federal courts. She is also an inactive member of the State Bar of California. Ms. Vorih was awarded her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley Law School in 1992. She earned her B.A. in Women's Studies and Social Welfare from Antioch College, in 1986. Ms. Vorih's previous practice experience includes work with the American Civil Liberties Union in San Francisco, California and the Law Offices of Levy and Oppenheimer, in Oakland, California. Ms. Vorih was a founding member of Collective Legal Services, a non-profit public interest law firm in Oakland, California, handling cases involving disability discrimination, tenants’ rights and Dalkon Shield claims.
Attorney Francine R. Foner
After being awarded her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1989, Ms. Foner began her career with the general practice law firm of Lebson, Prigoff and Baker, LLP. During her 14 years at that firm her practice included the areas of employment law, insurance defense, defamation, health care law, product liability, negligent security, guardianships, real estate and banking law.
In July 2003 Ms. Foner opened a solo practice concentrating in employment law, primarily representing plaintiffs in actions involving discrimination, wrongful discharge, harassment, hostile work environment and civil rights violations. In 2004 she became a qualified mediator of the New Jersey Superior Court and as such has mediated numerous matters in the employment law area. She continued with her solo practice until May of 2008, when she joined Hyderally & Associates, P.C. as an associate. Ms. Foner is admitted to practice in New Jersey State and Federal courts and in New York State court, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Attorney Jennifer Weitz
Jennifer Weitz is an associate with Hyderally & Associates, P.C. and is admitted to practice in the New York and New Jersey State courts. Ms. Weitz was previously on the staff of the New Jersey Law Revision Commission, where her notable projects included a proposed expansion of New Jersey’s Prevention of Domestic Violence Act to recognize Canadian orders of protection, and the New Jersey Attorney General’s office, in the Torts Division. Ms. Weitz was awarded her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, Newark, and her B.A. from The New School, in New York City.

He is also a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Westfield graduated with honors in 1980 from New York Law School, where he was Editor in Chief of the Law Review. He received his B.A. from St. John’s University in 1971.
