Attorney Josh Tomsheck

Attorney Josh Tomsheck is a Partner in the firm of Hofland & Tomsheck, committed to the representation of the less fortunate, whether they be unjustly injured by others or charged with crimes.

Attorney Tomsheck is a former Chief Deputy District Attorney, where he was assigned to the Major Violators Unit of the Clark County (Las Vegas) D.A.’s Office, specializing in violent felonies involving firearms. He has argued cases all over Nevada, including appearing numerous times before the Nevada Supreme Court.

Josh’s experience includes serving as the lead trial attorney in the most serious of cases, including Capital Murder, Murder, Attempted Murder, Kidnapping, Robbery, Drug Charges including Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, Habitual Criminal and Gun Crimes. Josh has also litigated, and taken to trial, dozens of cases involving drunk driving or domestic battery charges.

Attorney Bradley J. Hofland

Attorney Bradley Hofland is the Founder and Managing Partner in the firm of Hofland & Tomsheck, and has dedicated the last decade and a half to the representation of individuals, families and businesses in the Western United States, specifically the greater Las Vegas area.

Attorney Hofland has served as lead counsel on thousands of cases in the Federal, District and Family Courts in Clark County (Las Vegas), Nevada, and all over the State of California, specializing in complex civil and family law litigation.

He has successfully handled difficult and highly contested civil, business and corporate litigation matters on behalf of both business entities and individuals. Many of these cases involved litigation where six, seven and even eight figure amounts were in dispute.

Brad has litigated thousands of family law cases involving divorce, child custody, spousal and child support and adoption. Brad’s experience and reputation with the Court’s make him a highly sought after advocate on behalf of individuals and families. Brad is often asked to represent the interests of other lawyers, and even former judges, when they need an experienced and effective advocate on their personal family law cases.
