Mitchell A. Kramer is the senior and founding partner of Kramer and Kramer, LLP. Mitchell has a long and distinguished history representing and litigating on behalf of small and mid-sized companies, with an emphasis on distributors and manufacturers’ representatives. Mitchell is general counsel for the Independent Medical Distributors Association and the Power/Motion Transmission Representatives Association.
Mitchell served as a deputy attorney general of Pennsylvania, chief counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, and solicitor of Abington Township, Pennsylvania.

Attorney Barbara Kramer
Barbara Kramer is a partner in the Ann Arbor office of the business law firm Kramer & Kramer. She has more than 20 years of experience representing regional and national corporations in the manufacturing, distribution, technology and medical device industries.
Barbara’s experience spans all forms of dispute resolution — including mediation, arbitration and litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. She has successfully recovered millions of dollars of clients’ unpaid commissions and lost profits. She enjoys developing a deep understanding of her clients’ businesses and helping them to achieve their long-term business goals, while assisting them with all aspects of their day-to-day business needs.
