Attorney Stephanie D. Moran
Stephanie Moran is a zealous litigator and negotiator who provides clients with excellent counsel in the areas of family law, civil litigation, employment law, discrimination, entertainment law and bankruptcy.
Born in Washington, D.C., Ms. Moran earned her B.A. in 1995 from Howard University Magna Cum Laude and her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1998. She earned an LL.M., with honors, in 2001 from Georgetown University Law School.
Ms. Moran was a Trustee Scholar at Howard University. She served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Susan R. Holmes Winfield of the District of Columbia Superior Court and was an intern for Chief Judge Robert M. Bell of the Maryland Court of Appeals.
In her legal career, Ms. Moran has worked in private practice in large and medium firms concentrating on family law, employment law and civil litigation. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants ranging from individuals, executives and major corporations, including a large class action against the United States Foreign Service resulting in a multi-million dollar settlement.
Ms. Moran is admitted to practice in all Maryland and District of Columbia courts and the U.S. District Courts for Maryland and District of Columbia. Ms. Moran is also a founder of the DC Hip Hop Alliance.
Attorney E. Gregory Watson
E. Gregory Watson is a highly skilled advocate, dedicated to helping clients with real-life problems in the areas of family law, employment law, entertainment law, personal injury and civil litigation. He strives to provide unparalleled representation and superior service.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Watson earned his B.A. in 1995 from Morehouse College and his J.D. in 1998 from Howard University School of Law.
Prior to founding Watson & Moran LLC, Mr. Watson served as law clerk to the Honorable Natalia Combs Greene of the District of Columbia Superior Court. In his legal career, Mr. Watson has practiced in the area of intellectual property representing artists, songwriters and producers. In 2002, Mr. Watson negotiated a licensing agreement for the hit movie and soundtrack “Barbershop.”
Mr. Watson is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Entertainment and Sports Law Section, and is admitted to practice in all Maryland state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the District Maryland. He is also a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Washington, D.C., and former board member of the Washington Free Clinic.
