Attorney Robert C. Dominguez - Managing Partner
After being born in Cuba and arriving to Miami at a young age, Robert C. Dominguez youth inspired him to pursue a legal career after experiencing first-hand the consequences of a being born in a communist country. Once Mr. Dominguez graduated Suma Cum Laude of Barbra Goleman Senior High in Miami, Mr. Dominguez decided to reject multiple out-of-state offers of top tier undergraduate universities in order to maintain a close connection to the dynamic community in which he had established in South Florida. With having graduated Suma Cum Laude at Florida International University with his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Minor in Cuban Politics at FIU Honors College, Mr. Dominguez decided to accept the invitation to attend Florida International University College of Law to complete his journey to enter into the legal profession for his Juris doctorate and licensure with The Florida Bar.
Mr. Dominguez has always maintained a close relationship with South Florida due to his multiple business ventures, philanthropy, and continued integration of establishing a relationship with the local government town officials. Aside from being a Real Estate Broker with hundreds of real estate agents who worked for his company, Mr. Dominguez experience as a business owner gave him the understanding and capacity needed to open a law firm as soon as he passed the Florida Bar. Once his firm was opened, Mr. Dominguez modern approach has launched his firm in expanding to one of the fastest growing law firms in South Florida. Attorney Kelly Dominguez - Partner
Born and raised in South Florida, Attorney Kelly Dominguez has been fighting for the innocent throughout her collegiate and professional career. Shortly after graduating Florida International University with a Bachelors of Science, Mrs. Dominguez continued her dream to expand her degree in the legal field at Nova Shepard Board College of Law.
While in law school, Mrs. Dominguez worked alongside her husband, Attorney Robert Dominguez, as they built the foundation to which their personal injury law firm has expanded on. Not to mention, all while graduating Magna Cum Lade of NSU Shepard School of Law and achieving top scores of the Florida Bar Licensure exam of her graduating class.
Mrs. Dominguez grit and dedication to her clients has been one of the driving forces in whether she represents multi-millions dollar companies in complicated commercial litigation matters or she vigorously fights to recover hundreds of thousands of dollars for those whom have been victim to the negligence of others.

Allen Ayzen - Attorney
Mr. Ayzen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Pre-Law from the University of Central Florida. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law graduating Cum Laude. While attending the Shepard Broad College of Law, he served as President of the First Generation Professionals Legal Society and was an active member of the Moot Court Honors Society and NSU Trial Association. Mr. Ayzen is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and in the Southern District of Florida.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Allen moved to South Florida at a young age. In his free time, he enjoys supporting his Baltimore Ravens, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Attorney Crystal Baranco Garcia Esq.
Mrs. Baranco was born in Cuba and came to the United States at the age of 14. Arriving at this country without speaking English Crystal made it her mission to achieve her dreams. She started learning English in 9th grade at Westland High School, and by her junior year she was earning Cambridge ACE certifications and taking honors classes. She graduated with highest honors from Miami-Dade college with an Associate’s degree in Psychology. She later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science as well as a minor in International Relations at Florida International University where she graduated cum laude. She also recently graduated cum laude from Benjamin L. Crumb College of Law with her juris doctor degree. Crystal worked for many years in the insurance field and now uses that knowledge in the personal injury field.
She enjoys philanthropic work such as serving in her local church, fundraising for kids in Cuba and fundraising for assistance after natural disasters. She continues visiting Cuba and helping people in need. She has a passion for teaching others what she has learned and teaching others that their dreams can always become a reality.
