Attorney John Marion Quaranta

Mr. Quaranta is a trial lawyer for business people, focusing his trial practice on complex commercial litigation, including securities, insurance, and employment litigation.  Since 2002, he has been rated AV Preeminent™ (Highest Competency and Ethics Rating from Martindale-Hubbell).  He has been recognized by his peers as a member of the Florida Legal Elite™, Best Lawyers in America™ and SuperLawyers™ for commercial litigation.  In 2017, Mr. Quaranta attained membership into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers.

Attorney Natasha Leanne Biela

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Ms. Biela joined the firm in August 2020. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017 with a degree in Biological Sciences, as well as minors in Chemistry and German Language.  She then moved on to earn her law degree at the University of Miami, where she received the Dean’s Merit full academic scholarship, and graduated in May 2020.  During her time at the University of Miami, she served as an intern for the Environmental Justice Clinic, gaining experience in policy, code enforcement, and small government. Natasha also participated in the University’s Litigation Skills Program and served as an extern at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office, working in the misdemeanor domestic violence division. Natasha is a Homestead resident who enjoys spending time at home with her two dogs and creating oil and acrylic paintings.

Attorney Michael Maguire

Michael Maguire is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated personal injury attorney. He was board certified by The Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law in 1983, and has handled over 2,000 personal injury and wrongful death cases.  Michael has tried over 100 cases to verdict before Florida juries throughout the State.  These cases involve personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, including aviation, swine flu, automobile, railroad, and product liability matters. He also has extensive experience handling medical and dental malpractice cases. Renato Duarte Franco de Moraes is of counsel to the firm and practices law in his native São Paulo, Brazil.  Mr. Moraes assists the firm in cross-border civil disputes involving Brazilian expatriates living in Florida.  Mr. Moraes is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on litigating before the federal courts of Brazil and international arbitration proceedings.  Mr. Moraes has expertise in representing clients in complex commercial litigation, cases of fraud, partnership disputes and collection matters.
