Attorney David Simon
Our founder, David Simon, attended UC Davis, majoring in both International Relations and Economics and graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He started his career as a litigator at one of the most prestigious law firms in the country, suing insurance companies and intellectual property infringers for hundreds of millions of dollars.
He then left Heller Ehrman to work as the General Counsel of an airline company. While there, he supervised and managed outside counsel, and he learned how frustrating it is to be the Client seeking solutions and only hearing about obstacles from the attorneys.
After leaving the airline company, he went to work as an Assistant District Attorney. As a prosecutor, he appeared in court nearly every day, and brought hundreds of criminals to justice.

Attorney Selam Gezahegn
Selam Gezahegn is an associate of Simon Law. She focuses her practice primarily on family law matters including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, custody dispute, child and spousal support, division of assets and liabilities, and domestic violence. She also has experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and probate matters.
Ms. Gezahegn believes it is important to explore all available options for her clients to resolve their conflicts in the most cost-effective manner.
Ms. Gezahegn earned her J.D. from John F Kennedy University, and her Bachelor's degree from University of California, Santa Barbara.
She is admitted to the bar of the State of California.
