­­­Attorney Marinda Neumann

Marinda has broad experience evaluating, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contracts and agreements from the simple to the complex. Her client-centric approach ensures that the client's objectives are always in focus, allowing her to guide them towards the most pragmatic solutions for their specific business needs. Marinda's experience working with different types of people in different industries gives her an insight into practical considerations that keep her clients returning for each new project and business transaction.

In particular, the firm works closely with businesses in the real estate industry including brokerages, vendors, and service providers, individuals, multiple listing services (MLSs), and real estate associations. Marinda also collaborates with other organizations and legal professionals in the real estate industry throughout the country including the Council of MLS and the CMLS Legal Section Counsel, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO). These relationships ensure her firm is always up to date on the latest industry requirements and trends.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Marinda served in the U.S. Navy as a Cryptologic Technician. She also worked within the Department of Defense (DOD) in the software and computer technology field with an emphasis on data security and high assurance secure systems, maintaining both hardware and software computer systems used for intelligence communications.

­­­Attorney Lindsay Nakagawa

Lindsay Nakagawa has over thirteen years' experience providing legal advice and services to multiple listing services and real estate associations, helping clients work proactively in operating their businesses to allow their business to continue to grow, expand, and thrive.

She understands the complexity involved in representing real estate multiple listing services, Associations of REALTORS, brokerages, and technology vendors, and has a particular specialty in reviewing and drafting content licensing agreements. Lindsay has been with the firm since it opened. Her role at Neumann & Associates focuses on consulting and compliance assessment, content licensing, antitrust, copyright, and intellectual property.

Additionally, Lindsay regularly prepares corporate governance documents, software and data license agreements, data privacy, employment policies, and other various agreements, all with a unique focus on securing and protecting clients' assets.

­­­Attorney Sara Bradley

Sara Bradley’s practice focuses on contract, employment, and business law and regulatory compliance. Sara graduated magna cum laude from both the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was also elected to the Order of the Coif. Before joining Neumann & Associates, she practiced law at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Diego, California.

Sara is also a California-credentialed high school mathematics teacher and taught for several years at the Academy of Our Lady of Peace in San Diego. In her spare time, Sara, her husband, and daughter enjoy being outdoors, hiking and exploring Southern California, and traveling to visit their family in the Midwest.
