Attorney Martin Sabarsky
Mr. Sabarsky has extensive legal and business experience and training, having worked for several years as an associate for the international law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he represented a variety of public and private companies on transactional matters, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and tax planning. Mr. Sabarsky has also served as a senior executive for both public and private companies, having worked as in-house counsel for a public biotechnology company and as CEO and CFO for a private cleantech company, where he was involved in negotiating and documenting hundreds of transactions and agreements. During law school, Mr. Sabarsky interned in the Boston office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Sabarsky is licensed to practice law in the State of California.

Attorney Melissa Kirkpatrick
Prior to Kirkpatrick & Sabarsky LLP, Ms. Kirkpatrick maintained a solo practitioner legal practice in San Diego, where she advised clients in a variety of industry sectors on transactional and pre-litigation matters, including consulting agreements, service agreements, employment agreements, partnership agreements, and confidentiality agreements, among others. During law school, Ms. Kirkpatrick also interned in the San Diego office of the international law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP, where she focused primarily on environmental and land use matters. Prior to law school, Ms. Kirkpatrick worked in the renewable energy sector for General Electric. Ms. Kirkpatrick is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
