Whistleblower Laws

Full Video Transcript

Whistleblower law relates to the employer-employee context in most cases. Often this area of legal practice involves plaintiffs litigation on behalf of courageous employees who have been discriminated against, or who have observed illegal conduct taking place at work.  Whistleblower law cases often involve an unpopular plaintiff, ridiculed in even threatened for taking a stand against corruption or discrimination.  However, many such individuals have ultimately been championed for improving workplace conditions or righting great wrongs.  For more information, contact an attorney in your area today.
