You’ve decided to start a business. Now it’s time to choose a location. As part of the research in choosing a location, there are certain things to consider. The first thing is choosing the state. Laws and business regulations regarding income tax and sales tax vary from state to state. After deciding the state you want to start your business, next is choosing a city. Additional city taxes must be considered, and they also vary greatly from city to city. Once you choose the city, the part of town must be taken into consideration depending on the business. Convenience of parking, commute times, traffic, safety, prestige and zoning laws are factors to consider when choosing a location for your business.
