Attorney Tracey Wood
Tracey A. Wood is a Wisconsin attorney who has focused her practice on defending the rights of those accused of criminal charges and fighting for those who are seeking appeals. She was the first attorney in Wisconsin, and one of only two from Wisconsin, ever appointed to the Board of Regents for the National College for DUI Defense.
She is a past president of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the state’s largest organization of criminal defense lawyers, as well as a past president of Dane County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. She chairs the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Strike Force, representing attorneys facing sanctions resulting from their zealous representation of their clients. She is also an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is Wisconsin’s only attorney appointed to the Amicus Committee of the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD).
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Attorney Wood was admitted to the state bar in 1993. Throughout her career, she has received a number of awards and honors for her achievements, including Superlawyers lists and top lists 10 years running, Madison’s Best Criminal Defense Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America for criminal defense, DUI defense and criminal appellate work in Wisconsin, America’s Best Drunk-Driving Defense Lawyers, and Top 25 Women in Law.
Highly regarded for her criminal defense and appellate work, she has also developed a reputation within the Wisconsin legal community for her expertise in the field of OWI law. She has written several articles on drunk-driving defense for highly regarded legal publications and contributed to “Drunk Driving Defense,” a book believed to be the definitive resource on OWI laws. She is also a field sobriety test instructor, having taken more training than the vast majority of police officers in the field. Attorney Wood is also an accomplished appeals attorney, having won a number of cases in both the Wisconsin Appellate System and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago.
Attorney Teuta Jonuzi
Attorney Teuta Jonuzi handles criminal cases in trial courts and appellate courts at both the state and federal levels. She also represents clients making family-based petitions in immigration-related cases. Ms. Jonuzi began her career at Tracey Wood & Associates as an associate attorney and was promoted to managing attorney in 2019.
Ms. Jonuzi graduated with a Juris Doctorate from The University of Wisconsin School of Law and holds a dual degree in French and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin. She is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and the Federal Bar of the Western District of Wisconsin. She is admitted to practice in all Wisconsin State Courts. After earning her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Jonuzi took internships in the Federal Defender’s Office in Madison, Wisconsin, and under Justice Ann Walsh Bradley at the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
She has taken on pro bono work with the Juvenile Life Without Parole Project, the Veterans’ Law clinic, Wills for Heroes, and the Community Immigration Law Center.
A native of Macedonia, Ms. Jonuzi is fluent in Albanian and French. She is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National College for Dui Defense (NCDD), and Dane County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. She was also recently selected to serve on NCDD’s amicus committee which authors briefs of national significance and in the United States Supreme Court relating to the defense of drunk driving cases.
Attorney Joshua Hargrove
Attorney Joshua Hargrove is experienced in criminal defense. Driven by a critical pursuit of justice, he is a staunch advocate for the marginalized.
Hargrove graduated with a Juris Doctorate from The University of Wisconsin and holds a dual degree in political science and legal studies from the University. Most recently, he served as Assistant District Attorney in Madison, Wisconsin. Before that, Hargrove served as Assistant State Public Defender in Northern Wisconsin, representing the most maligned populations in Pierce, St. Croix, Dunn, and Polk Counties. There, he created a niche for the critical use of High Court opinions coupled with extensive knowledge of Wisconsin Law to effectively litigate cases.
As an Assistant District Attorney in Dane County, Hargrove trained colleagues, effectively represented victims, and advocated for an evidence-based prosecution method. He began his career at Boardman & Clark, LLP, where he gained unparalleled experience in the legal field, published articles, and assisted in litigation to the United States Supreme Court.
As a Senior Associate at Tracey Wood & Associates, Hargrove delivers sharp and effective written and oral litigation for his clients. He is a member of the National College for Dui Defense, Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Dane County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is one of the state’s most sought after speakers in the areas of criminal defense, and his skills have been sought after and employed in high stakes cases as well as relied upon to train defense attorneys across the state. He was also selected as an instructor for Legal Shield, a company devoted to teaching citizens the laws related to firearms.
Attorney Brendan Delany
Brendan Delany is a distinguished trial attorney whose work focuses on criminal defense and OWI cases. Attorney Delany attended Rutgers University as an undergrad and earned a Bachelor’s in History. He attended law school at the University of Minnesota. During law school, Delany had an article published in the Minnesota Journal of International Law. He performed legal research for the University of Minnesota Robina Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Justice. Attorney Delany received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School.
Attorney Delany began working as a trial attorney in 2017 for the Wisconsin Office of the State Public Defender Baraboo Trial Office. This allowed him to gain valuable experience defending clients who were accused of crimes. Attorney Delany began working for the law firm of Zerbst & Kluck, S.C. His practice revolved mostly around criminal and OWI charges. In 2021, Attorney Delany left Zerbst & Kluck and began working for Tracey Wood & Associates. He now represents clients who have been accused of a variety of infractions, including traffic citations, misdemeanors, and felonies. A member of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a member of the National College for DUI Defense, Attorney Delany continues his good work and works to defend the rights and freedom of his clients.
Attorney Schuyler Boggio
Attorney Schuyler Boggio is an experienced trial attorney in all areas of criminal defense. He has represented clients through trial in cases ranging from misdemeanor charges to homicide, as well as civil commitment cases.
Attorney Boggio attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee as an undergrad where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology while minoring in criminal justice and sociology. He attended law school at Hamline University School of Law (Now Mitchell| Hamline School of Law.)where he received a Juris Doctorate in 2015.
From 2015 to 2022 Attorney Boggio worked as a trial attorney for the Wisconsin Office of the State Public Defender, in the Madison Trial Office. While working in the Public Defender’s Office, Attorney Boggio handled hundreds of criminal and commitment cases. In May of 2022, Attorney Boggio left the Public Defender’s Office to begin working for Tracey Wood & Associates where he continues to represent clients both at the trial and appellate level who have been accused of a variety of crimes and infractions. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Dane County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the National College for DUI Defense.
Attorney Boggio takes pride in standing up for and standing by those who are facing criminal, traffic, and civil commitment matters.
In addition to his legal advocacy in the courtroom, Attorney Boggio has taught other attorneys in the areas of digital forensic evidence in sexual assault cases and other matters, along with training investigators for defense lawyers.

Attorney Gibson Hatch
Attorney Gibson Hatch is an experienced trial attorney in all areas of criminal defense. He has represented clients through all stages of the criminal process and has represented clients charged with everything from misdemeanors to sexual assault.
Attorney Hatch attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, as an undergrad where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He attended law school at the University of Wisconsin Law School where he received a Juris Doctorate in 2020.
In law school, Attorney Hatch worked at the Legal Assistance for Institutionalized Persons legal clinic where he did Post-Conviction Work including drafting Sentence Modifications and Ineffective Assistance of Counsel Claims. After law school, Attorney Hatch worked for the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office as a trial attorney in Columbia County. During his time there, Attorney Hatch represented clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal proceedings, as well as juveniles and mental health commitments.
Attorney Hatch strongly believes that everybody needs and deserves representation when their liberty is at stake. The legal system can be daunting, and he believes that a defense attorney’s role is to provide expert guidance through the entire process. Attorney Hatch takes pride in his ability to connect with clients and pursue the best possible outcomes in each case. Attorney Andria Savitch
Andria Savitch was driven to become an attorney by her innate desire to help people and her genuine interest in learning about individuals and their unique stories. Having studied Sociology during her undergraduate years, she developed a deep appreciation for the diverse experiences and challenges that people face. Andria recognized that the legal field provided a powerful platform to effect positive change and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
With her compassionate nature and a strong sense of justice, Andria felt drawn to the legal profession as a means to advocate for those most in need. She recognized that becoming an attorney would equip her with the necessary tools and knowledge to address systemic issues, protect the rights of individuals, and make a tangible impact on society.
Andria’s passion for helping people, combined with her enjoyment of learning about their experiences, became the driving force behind her decision to pursue a career in law. She believes that her understanding of sociology, coupled with her legal training, will enable her to approach each case with empathy and a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved. Andria aspires to use her compassion, legal expertise, and advocacy skills to make a positive difference in the lives of her clients and contribute to a more just and equitable society.
Andria began her education at the University of Wisconsin Madison where she earned a certificate in criminal justice while earning All-Big Ten honors for academics twice.
While in undergraduate school, Andria was active in several organizations all while interning with the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Madison, Andria earned her Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in Arizona. During her time in law school, Andria earned a Certificate in Trial Advocacy and the Dean’s Recruitment Award.
Licensed to practice in both Arizona and Wisconsin, Andria returns to Wisconsin after successful tenures at several law firms in Arizona to join forces with Tracey Wood & Associates as an associate attorney with a focus on criminal, constitutional, and civil law with a determined spirit to defend her clients and achieve the best possible outcome.
Outside of work, Andria’s life is filled with a passion for animals and an active lifestyle. She finds great pleasure in engaging in outdoor sports, immersing herself in nature, and enjoying the thrill of water activities.
