Schmergel & Mersberger, PLC is not a “general practice” law firm. We choose to dedicate our focus on only two main areas of the law: criminal defense and family law. Mr. Schmergel serves as lead counsel in all family law cases at the firm, and Mr. Mersberger leads the defense of the firm’s criminal and traffic cases.
