Have You Been Threatened With Eminent Domain?
As a landowner, you have rights. If your property is being taken under the exercise of eminent domain authority, you are entitled to full compensation, value of the land taken and damages to the remaining property, as guaranteed by the Constitution and the laws of the state where your property is located.
The government and other entities with eminent domain authority frequently undervalue property. Their initial assessment may be incomplete, and their offer may not reflect what you are entitled to under the Constitution.
It is important to choose an attorney experienced in evaluating and litigating eminent domain cases on behalf of landowners.
