Attorney Mark S. Beveridge
In 1996, Mark joined Randy Kinnard and Daniel Clayton and the firm of Kinnard Law was formed. For more than 20 years, Mark has focused primarily on handling cases involving medical negligence and personal injury law. He has achieved great success in and out of the courtroom on behalf of his clients.

In 1980, Mark Beveridge began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney General in the Davidson County District Attorney’s office. He rose to the position of team leader and chief prosecutor in one of Nashville’s criminal courts where he had primary responsibility for all felony prosecutions. His ten years in the District Attorney’s office gave him invaluable courtroom and jury trial experience.
In 1991, Mark decided to enter private practice, joining a prominent local firm. During his time there, he gained extensive civil litigation experience handling cases ranging from medical malpractice to workers’ compensation and personal injury claims.

Attorney Mary Ellen Morris
Mary Ellen Morris graduated from Western Kentucky in 1982 with a double major in History and Broadcasting. Mary was given the Award of Excellence Scholarship, the A.M. Stickles History Award Scholarship, and numerous other awards during her time there.
After obtaining her B.A. summa cum laude, she went on to study at Vanderbilt University Law School, graduating with her J.D. in 1988. She participated in the Moot Court Team and the Vanderbilt Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif. She was given the Law Review Associate Editor’s Award and was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Awards in numerous areas.
Mary has published several works over the years, demonstrating her excellent legal knowledge and understanding. She has also taught a class on advanced depositions in Tennessee.

Attorney Jennifer M. Eberle
Jennifer M. Eberle is a passionate Tennessee Trial Attorney with nearly 20 years of experience in complex matters of health care liability and litigation. A Tennessee native who hails from Clarksville, Jennifer attended Austin Peay State University, where she was active in local politics and campaigns, before earning her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
Jennifer’s passion for the law and its implications on health care has been shaped by her work in politics, as well as countless hours spent in hospitals watching a close family member combat a chronic illness. Rather than running for office or becoming a doctor, Jennifer chose law as her means of helping people protect their rights and futures – especially in the field of medical malpractice.

Attorney Patrick Thurman
Patrick Thurman is a Nashville native with nearly 20 years of experience practicing law. He obtained his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he was a staff member of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. Patrick received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana where he majored in accounting.
After law school, Patrick returned to Nashville where he began his legal career with a judicial clerkship with Chancellor Ellen Hobbs Lyle of the Davidson County Chancery Court. After his clerkship, he joined a local civil litigation defense law firm where he gained valuable experience on the defense side of litigation.
For more than a decade, Patrick has helped injured victims and their families obtain justice when they have been injured due to the negligence of others. He primarily handles car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, premises liability claims, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims, as well as various other civil litigation matters.
