Attorney Darrell L. Castle
Darrell Castle grew up in East Tennessee in a small town outside of Kingsport. He graduated from Ketron High School in 1966 and attended East Tennessee State University (ETSU), where he received a Bachelor of Science in History and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 1970.
Darrell was commissioned as an officer in The United States Marine Corp in 1970, where he served four years, including in Viet Nam. After leaving the Marines, he went to graduate school in history at ETSU and then entered Memphis State University Law School (currently known as the University of Memphis) where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1979.
In 1984, Darrell opened a private firm that later grew into Darrell Castle & Associates. He has started law firms in Milwaukee, WI, Detroit, MI, St. Louis, MO, and Kansas City, MO. Darrell has over 30 years legal experience and currently concentrates in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and personal injury.
Attorney David A. E. Lumb 
David Andrew Edward Lumb grew up in Yorkshire, England. He graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Arts with honors in American Studies. After graduation, David came to the United States and received a Master of Arts degree in history at Ole Miss.
David attended law school at the University of Memphis, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate in May, 1987.
After practicing law in Memphis for many years, David joined Darrell Castle & Associates in 2005. He concentrates in personal injury law, workers’ comp and Social Security Disability Insurance.
Attorney Jordan Prentiss
Thomas “Jordan” Prentiss is an associate attorney at Darrell Castle & Associates. Jordan was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated cum laude with a degree in History and
Political Science at the University of Memphis in 2011. Jordan attended law school at the The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and graduated in 2015.
Jordan married his wife, Abby, in August of 2014. In his free time, he enjoys reading, writing, attending sporting events, and staying active & informed. Jordan is licensed to practice in Tennessee and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee. He concentrates in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
Attorney David Rucker
David A. Rucker is an associate attorney at Darrell Castle & Associates. He was born and raised in Germantown, Tennessee. David graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Mississippi and then attended the University of Mississippi School of Law and graduated in May, 2019.
David married his wife, Samantha, in2018. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and sports. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee and currently concentrates in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
