Being a student is harder than when I was an undergrad at Penn State. Too often, I see students being charged for infractions they shouldn't be, which can affect them for the rest of their lives. Having charges expunged from your record can be difficult, and I hate seeing college students get charged with crimes that could be easily avoided.
When I started my practice, the Law Office of Ronald F. Saupe, Esq., one of my primary goals was to work with Penn State students. That's still one of my focuses today. I opened my office in State College in 2005, and I work with clients in Centre County and surrounding counties in Pennsylvania. I focus on criminal defense and helping students come out of college without a criminal record.
