Attorney Bryan C. Devine
Litigation can be a costly distraction if it is not managed efficiently. I am a practical, results-driven person and, whether it is big or small, I will bring a commonsense approach to your case. I take tremendous pride in providing my clients with representation that is not just effective but also cost effective. If you need representation in a potential or pending lawsuit, I will use my experience and commonsense to help you get the results you need at a cost that makes sense.
I began my career in the Pittsburgh office of a large, multi-national law firm where I focused my practice on financial services litigation. I joined Del Sole Cavanaugh Stoyd LLC in 2003 so that I could provide clients with the same caliber of service but on a more cost-effective basis. With the exception of a brief tenure as the Deputy General Counsel for Litigation, Procurement and Insurance of EQT Corporation, I have been with the firm since 2003.
In my nearly twenty-year career, I have tried multiple cases to verdict in both state and federal court. My clients run the gamut from fortune 500 companies to individuals and I handle both complex, multi-party litigation and dual-party cases.
I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad spectrum of commercial matters including, but not limited to, oil and gas leasing, unfair trade practices, misappropriation of trade secrets, covenants not to compete, shareholder disputes, engineering/architectural malpractice, commercial disparagement, breach of contract, intentional interference with contract and freight brokerage.
A substantial portion of my practice is also devoted to the representation of victims of medical malpractice, automobile accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents and industrial accidents.
