Attorney John W. Wiles
Mr. Wiles is one of the founders of the firm and has celebrated fifty years practicing law in Lake County. As Law Director for the City of Willoughby for 24 years, he has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to municipal law and the myriad issues related to local government and public entities.
In addition to municipal law, Mr. Wiles practices in the areas of corporate and real estate law, including the representation of municipalities, private developers and small corporations. Since entering the practice of law, Mr. Wiles has tried or argued cases at all levels of the state courts.
Mr. Wiles is a member of the Ohio and Lake County Bar Associations, previously served as a member of the Board of the Morley Library, and currently serves as an officer of the Lake County Bar Association.

Attorney Daniel F. Richards 
Daniel F. Richards, a lifelong resident of Lake County, Ohio, is a senior partner and has been with Wiles Richards since 1966. He practices in the area of civil litigation, including extensive municipal and insurance litigation, corporate law, business law, probate and estate planning, real estate, and employment law.
Over the past thirty years, he has assisted other members of the firm in their representation of other municipalities and townships within Lake County, including appropriation litigation. He has also served as legal counsel on behalf of local government in appeals before the Eleventh District Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Ohio and the Supreme Court of United States.

Attorney Michael C. Lucas
Michael C. Lucas joined Wiles Richards as an associate in 1980 and became a partner in 1988. He has considerable experience in the areas of civil law and litigation, with an emphasis in zoning, employment law, domestic relations, municipal and township law, real estate, and personal injury. He serves as legal counsel for numerous small businesses and provides counsel on a variety of general business organization and practice matters. He has served as legal counsel on the appellate level on a wide variety of cases in these areas in Northeast Ohio.
At the present time, Mr. Lucas is the Law Director for Concord Township and the City of Willoughby, and is Assistant Law Director for the City of Willowick. He has previously served as Solicitor for the Village of Timberlake and Zoning Counsel for Painesville Township. Mr. Lucas also currently serves as legal counsel for The Greater Mentor Port Authority and the Concord Township City of Painesville Joint Economic Development District.

Attorney Stephanie E. Landgraf
Stephanie E. Landgraf is lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio, joining the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2013. Prior to joining Wiles and Richards, Stephanie was a Staff Attorney in the Lake County Court of Common Pleas. Stephanie previously worked for the City of North Olmsted, representing the City in the Rocky River Municipal Court and Eighth District Court of Appeals, alongside the City’s Law Director and Prosecutor.
As an Associate Attorney at Wiles and Richards, Stephanie’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, land use and zoning, domestic relations, family law, probate, estate planning, business transactions, real property, and personal injury representation. Stephanie additionally serves an essential role in Wiles and Richards’ extensive municipal and governmental entity representation, providing legal counsel and guidance to the firm’s municipal and township clients.
