Attorney Trevor Van Berkom
Mr. Van Berkom is licensed to practice law in Ohio and North Dakota. A native of North Dakota, he obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of North Dakota.
He has resided and practiced in Ohio since 1998. He is a member of the Toledo Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the Ohio Trial Lawyers Association.
Trevor is a member of the Toledo Bar Association, Wood County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and Ohio Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and North Dakota.
Mr. Van Berkom enjoys following the Toledo Walleye Hockey Team and follows college hockey closely. He enjoys the outdoors and is often engaged in hunting and fishing with his sons and family. He is active in the Boy Scouts of America as an adult leader and merit badge counselor.

Nick has extensive experience in handling workers’ compensation claims before the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, Industrial Commission of Ohio and in court trial appeals. He graduated from The Ohio State University and the University of Toledo College of Law, and is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, Toledo Bar Association and many other profession and legal associations. A Toledo area native, Nick and his wife Paige live in Sylvania, Ohio.
