Attorney Daniel J. Fruth
Dan is a partner and Department Chairman of Stebelton Snider's civil litigation practice. Dan's practice includes employment law, assisting businesses with human resources compliance issues and employee discipline, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, Veteran Affairs benefits claims, and business litigation.
Dan is a member of the Fairfield County, Ohio State, American Bar and the Ohio Employment Lawyer's Associations. He is also a member of the Fairfield Medical Center Board of Directors and the Josh Morrow Fund.

Attorney Paul R. Hensley
Paul received his bachelor's degree (summa cum laude) from Kent State University in 1994 and his juris doctorate from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University in 1997, and was admitted to the Ohio Bar that same year. Paul joined Stebelton Snider in the Spring of 2001. Prior to joining Stebelton Snider, Paul spent three years as a federal public defender for the Southern District of Ohio. Currently his skills are utilized in the firm's domestic relations and criminal defense areas.
Paul is a member of the Fairfield County and Ohio State Bar Associations. He is admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio and United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.

Attorney Matthew E. Johnson
Matt is a member of the Fairfield County and Ohio State Bar Associations. He serves as a current member and Vice President of the Fairfield County Revolving Loan Committee, former president and director of the Fairfield County Red Cross, and former president of the Downtown Lancaster Special Improvement District.
He has also served as director and Secretary of the Fairfield County Foundation as well as being the affiliate board member of the Lancaster Board of Realtors, where he was the affiliate of the year in 2013. Matt resides in Lancaster with his wife, Kim, and sons, Brandon and Eric. Matt is an active member in the First Presbyterian Church of Lancaster, having served as the elder for personnel.

Attorney Todd D. Pechar
Todd Pechar has been practicing collections law with the firm for over 20 years. Since 2015 Todd has been named Special Counsel to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost for the Medicaid Recovery Program. He is Special Counsel for Fairfield, Pickaway, Hocking and Perry County.
In 2018, he became the President and Managing Partner of Stebelton Snider.
Todd graduated from Wittenberg University and received his juris doctorate from Capital University. He is a member of the Ohio Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio.
Todd's law practice emphasizes commercial business collections, real estate law and mechanic’s lien law. His practice includes the areas of collections, real estate, construction, condominium and estate probate law.
Todd is a member of the Fairfield County, Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations. He is a graduate of the Fairfield Leadership Program and past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Fairfield County Junior Achievement. He has served on numerous community boards.
Attorney John M. Snider
John received his bachelor’s degree in 1979 and his juris doctorate in 1982, both from Capital University. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1982; the US District Court, Southern District of Ohio in 1983, and the US Supreme Court in 1998. John's practice spans several areas of civil litigation.
