Cleveland Criminal Defense Attorney
Being convicted of any criminal charge in Ohio can have serious implications for your freedom, security and reputation. And with so much at stake, it’s truly sad that so many police officers do not take seriously their job of ferreting out the truth and finding the true guilty party. They often make arrest decisions after listening to only one side of a dispute (and we know there is always at least two side to every dispute), or they make hasty arrest decisions without considering all the evidence before them. The result is that innocent citizens are placed in jeopardy of having their freedom and good name wrongly taken away by their own Government. That is why strong, aggressive and smart criminal defense attorneys are needed.
Regardless of the charges you are facing, from the most serious to the lowest level traffic offense, you need smart and aggressive legal representation. I am Cleveland criminal defense lawyer Mark Gardner. For more than 18 years, I have provided exceptional criminal defense to clients from one end of Ohio to the other on charges ranging rape and kidnapping down to OVI, speeding and other traffic violations.
