Attorney Peter Furuseth
Pete is a shareholder in the firm and is licensed in North Dakota. Pete graduated from UND Law. He has been in private practice, banking, and is the former State's Attorney for Williams County. He has been in private practice since 1997.
Pete practices in the areas of real estate, probate, estate planning, and general law. He is currently serving as the City Attorney for Williston and many other surrounding communities. Pete is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of title, both surface and mineral.
Pete is married to Laurie and they have two grown daughters and two granddaughters. Pete enjoys all Minnesota Sports and nightly walks with his dog Fritz.
Attorney Taylor Olson
Taylor is a shareholder in the firm and is licensed to practice law in both North Dakota and Montana. Taylor mainly practices municipal law, provides estate planning for clients, and is well versed in areas of elder law, guardianship, and oil and gas. She specifically loves to work on adoptions.
Most importantly, Taylor is dedicated to the community and is often found volunteering or sitting on a board.
Taylor and her husband Jordon have three daughters. They spend their time at the lake and watching Twins baseball.
Attorney Jordon J. Evert
Jordon is a shareholder and is licensed to practice law in North Dakota. Jordon practices municipal law, oil and gas, defends property rights and works on contract issues. Jordon is also an experienced and well-respected estate planner and is remarkable at curative work and probate.
Jordon is the current Vice-Chair of the Litigation Board for the Mountain States Legal Foundation and is a member of SBAND's Inquiry Committee West, reviewing ethics complaints for the State of North Dakota. He is also a member of the Williston Regional Economic Committee and is a recipient of the Williston Herald's 20 under 40.
Jordon is married and has three daughters. He enjoys golf, hunting, and watching sports.
