Fargo Malpractice Law Firm
Chapman Immigration Law Group was initially founded in 2001 by David J. Chapman. The firm grew out of Mr. Chapman’s work in the area of immigration law that began in 1997. Since it initially commenced operations, CILG has assisted individuals, employers and businesses in choosing the best immigration strategies to meet their needs. Although the firm focuses mainly on transaction based practice, the firm also has a wealth of experience in the area of immigration litigation as well. The firm has successfully represented clients before the Administrative Appeals Office, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and both state and federal trial and appellate courts. CILG has the tools to assess every aspect of your immigration case and to effectively address any problems that may arise.
At CILG we encourage clients to be involved in the preparation of their case. Our state of the art “online” case management system allows clients to remain updated on their case progress, to gather documentation, and to answers questionnaires. Clients can scan and upload documents, read pertinent file notes and keep updated on firm notifications. Our online system makes the world a smaller place for the client and facilitates representation of clients in far away locations. This is further facilitated through the use of the Cisco Webex conferencing system that can be used for client meetings.
In addition, clients can be assured that the firm has armed itself with the best and most current information on immigration law from LEXIS, Westlaw, the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Daily and real time updates from Westlaw and the American Immigration Lawyers Association keep the firm updated on immigration law developments on an ongoing basis in order to effectively represent clients.

The goal is not to supplant the American worker, but to supplement our already great workforce and make the American business community an even more formidable force internationally. To this end the firm holds membership in the Fargo-Moorhead Area Chamber of Commerce, the Fort Bend, Texas, Chamber of Commerce, the Pearland, Texas, Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
