Dedication. Commitment. Integrity
If you get a traffic ticket in North Carolina, do not simply just pay the fine! By paying the fine, you are admitting guilt for the charge, which will have consequences on your driving record and insurance. For example, if you accumulate 12 driving license points within 3 years, your driver's license may be suspended. On top of that, your car insurance rates will increase based on how many driver points your receive from the charge. Do not let this happen to you!
One of the benefits of being a small law firm is that you will receive personal, devoted one-on-one attention from me. You will receive prompt notifications regarding the status of your case. I will return your calls and reply to your emails within the day, and I will be by your side to ensure comfort throughout the daunting legal process.

Attorney Tony Huynh
Originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, I moved down to Greensboro, North Carolina to pursue law school at Elon University School of Law. My initial plan was to move back to Virginia following graduation but after living in the Carolinas for the past several years, I have grown to love the surrounding area and decided to open up my own practice here in Greensboro, North Carolina. Outside of practicing law, I have pursued and graduated with my Masters of Business Administration from Elon’s Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. To relax from the stress of practice and studying, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the Greensboro Hopper’s Baseball games with friends, and working out at the local Crossfit boxes.
