Attorney Ross Cellino

As a proud family man and a trial attorney, I pride myself on winning cases and serving the community. With over 35 years of experience, I understand the function of a jury, how juries arrive at conclusions, and the role that the jury plays in administering justice. I know how to win cases.

Those who have suffered an injury should expect and demand an attorney who has the experience and proven track record to win over a jury. My team of attorneys at Cellino Law have proven their abilities by the results achieved in court. Cellino Law’s attorneys meticulously prepare each case so that the client receives the maximum amount of compensation possible.

My attorneys build a relationship with each client and handle a case from inception to conclusion. The insurance companies and their defense attorneys know that if they are not prepared to meet my firm’s settlement demands, Cellino Law attorneys are prepared to try the case in front of a jury.

As a result, our clients receive favorable settlements because insurance companies know our team is willing to take a case to trial and fight for them. The proven success in the courtroom has allowed us to attract and retain accomplished and experienced trial lawyers in the field of personal injury law to best serve the client.

I am passionate about giving back to the community and supporting local organizations, including animal and children’s causes, that make New York a great place to live.

I promise that you can trust Cellino Law to work hard for you!

Attorney Dan Aiell

Other than being a father and a husband, my passion is representing injured people against corporations and insurance companies that put profits over safety and devalue human life, and fighting against them and bringing them to justice. It’s my “why” as a plaintiff attorney.

After working for the largest insurance company in the tri-state area, I can tell you that all insurance companies follow the same business model—to take in money on premium dollars and pay out as little as possible to injury victims. To do that, they hire defense attorneys and paid-opinion witnesses to escape accountability.

Rest assured, though, that if the insurance company refuses to offer reasonable compensation/value of what was taken from you, I will take your case to trial—that is why every case where a lawsuit is filed is prepared for trial. Not many firms have the resources and lawyers willing and skilled enough to go to trial against the insurance companies and their lawyers and paid-witnesses, but at Cellino Law, we will be prepared.

Attorney Denis Bastible

I am committed to having my clients’ voices heard by insurance companies, judges, and juries. I have extensive legal experience as a prosecutor and civil litigation attorney. If an insurance company is unwilling to settle my clients’ injury claims fairly, I will do everything in my power to make it right and take the case to court.

When a person suffers a serious injury and places their faith in me to represent them it is a responsibility I take very seriously. I pride myself on open and honest communication with all my clients and give my best effort to explain what can often be a complex legal process every step of the way. Countless times I have represented people who did not believe they were receiving a fair shake from an insurance company.

For years, I worked with some of the best defense attorneys in Western New York. I learned invaluable lessons that put me in a unique position when bringing a lawsuit on behalf of an injured person. At Cellino Law I work with not only excellent lawyers but outstanding people. We work as a team to bring about the best possible result while treating people with compassion and respect.

Attorney Jeanna Cellino

My first memory of personal injury law comes from my father, Ross Cellino, Jr. When I was young, he let me skip school to attend his closing argument on one of his biggest cases. I will never forget when my dad dropped to his knees to show the jury what his client’s life would be like without the use of the client’s legs – unable to walk around and bound to a life of assistance from others.

I will never forget the look in the jury’s eyes – it was clear they not only appreciated what life would be like for that client, but they also felt the genuine, empathic and caring way my father served his client. I will also never forget the satisfaction my dad had fighting for his client against an insurance company’s unfair offer – something that his father, Ross Cellino, Sr., who was sitting in the galley with me, had taught him. Over the years, I have absorbed both the personal and professional skills passed on to me from my father and grandfather and apply those in each case I represent.

Being able to convey the life-altering devastation of a client’s injury is vital to achieving the best result both inside and outside the courtroom. I take great pride in getting to know my clients on a personal level and making sure that negligent defendants are held accountable for the pain, trauma, and emotional distress they cause.

I have dedicated my legal career to representing those injured, and it is my privilege to carry on the legacy that my grandfather started back in 1958. I promise hard work, compassion, and zealous advocacy for each of my clients.

Attorney Stephen Ciocca

I have seen firsthand the suffering and hardship people endure when they are injured due to the negligence of others. The impact an injury has on a person and their family goes beyond the physical pain. It has devastating consequences in almost every aspect of their life, the lives of their family, and in the community.

I joined Cellino Law because the attorneys and staff are committed to helping injured people in their time of need. It is a philosophy and way of thinking I adhere to.

For me, becoming a lawyer has always been about helping others seek justice and fighting for the rights of our clients. As a former prosecutor in the Suffolk District Attorney’s office, I began to understand what was important to jurors in making their determinations which helped me in becoming an effective trial lawyer.

As a proud Iraq Veteran and former Army Captain, I understand how important the words service and duty are. I bring these qualities with me into the courtroom where I help clients obtain millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts in New York State.

Attorney Christopher D’Amato

Since joining Cellino Law in 1998, my goal has always been to get the best possible result for each of my clients. I achieve this by knowing when to take a case all the way to trial and when to settle. Whether it’s an injury from an automobile accident, a fall, or a dog bite, I will not accept anything less than what my clients fully deserve.

In every case I handle, I strive to develop a personal relationship with my client so that I can fully understand how the injury has affected his or her life. As a proud father, I understand how an injury to one family member can affect the family as a whole. It is with that personal knowledge that I am able to help each client through this difficult period.

I take great pride in being a member of a firm that focuses solely on representing injured people against insurance companies. It is through that focus that I have developed the skills and knowledge to go head to head with the insurance companies on a daily basis to get each client what he or she fully deserves for an injury.

Attorney Nicholas Davis

From a very young age, I knew two things – (1) I wanted to be a lawyer, and (2) I wanted to help people. Growing up in a small rural community in Western New York instilled in me certain values that guide me not only in my personal life but also in my professional life as an attorney. I approach every interaction with my clients based upon my belief that I owe them a duty to represent their interests and service their needs to the fullest extent possible. My clients all get my personal attention and deal with me directly from our very first interaction through the resolution of their matters and beyond.

Although I enjoy working collaboratively and as a team with my clients, I have not, and will never lose sight of the fact that I work for them,  and they do not work for me. I enjoy working closely with my clients and handling even the smallest details of their matters and genuinely believe this is the best way to understand their situation and prepare their case for the best possible outcome.  Preparation and experience are both key in successfully carrying out this obligation and equally important in obtaining the best possible results for our clients.

I began my career and spent many years working for law firms on behalf of insurance companies and defending the interests of their insureds. In this capacity, I handled all aspects of personal injury claims from initial investigation through litigation, trial, and appeal. Although I gained an incredible amount of experience and insight into insurance companies, I quickly learned that insurance companies’ sole objective is to resolve claims for the least amount of money possible, regardless of the horrors and damages caused by their insureds.

This realization caused me to question whether I was actually helping anyone and ultimately led me to a nearly decade long career with one of the nation’s largest personal injury firms. My experience working for insurance companies and one of the nation’s largest personal injury firms provides with me a unique perspective that enables me to aggressively and effectively pursue personal injury claims on behalf of my clients. I believe it is this experience, together with my work ethic and sense of duty and obligation to my clients that has enabled me to recover many million-dollar and multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of my clients.

I appreciate that not all personal injury cases are the same and that each and everyone affects individuals differently. In many instances, my client’s lives have been turned upside down as a result of someone else’s wrongdoing, and they are not only looking for representation, but for someone who will help make sense during trying times. No matter what type of situation my clients are facing, each and everyone one receives the same responsiveness, dedication, and aggressive and zealous representation that are the cornerstones of Cellino Law’s philosophy.

Attorney Brian Goldstein

For over thirty-five years, initially as a physician and surgeon and subsequently as an attorney representing injury victims, I have worked to help individuals overcome the physical, emotional, and financial devastation inflicted by serious injury. It is a privilege for me to represent seriously injured individuals and their families against insurance companies, corporations, companies, doctors, hospitals, and individuals who were negligent. No matter how extensive or advanced the medical treatment, an individual and his or her family is never the same after trauma alters their lives.

Additionally, I am called upon to assist physicians as personal counsel in lawsuits against them, credentialing, and licensure issues. It is critical to understand the standards of care of medical practice to determine whether there was or was not malpractice. Just as malpractice committed upon a person often cannot be undone, a frivolous medical malpractice lawsuit can permanently harm a physician.

In individually preparing each case entrusted to me, I rely on both my medical experience and legal skills. While a Board Certified physician and diplomate of the American Board of Surgery for over ten years, I dealt with the standards of medical practice and with the medical consequences of significant injury daily. As an attorney, I have been able to effectively demonstrate the presence or absence of negligence and the true depth of injury in the courtroom.

Attorney Alex Greco

Throughout my career and currently as a proud trial attorney at Cellino Law, my first and foremost goal and duty as your attorney is to zealously represent you to ensure that you obtain the best possible result. I take pride in my practice being easily accessible to clients, keeping you apprised every step of the way, and involving you in the strategy/decision-making processes of your litigation.

My background is deeply rooted in the pursuit of legal endeavors. I hold a B.A. in Law, Jurisprudence, and Social Thought from Amherst College. I went on to obtain my law degree from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law and obtained credits in several New York State focused courses from University at Buffalo School of Law. While pursuing my law degree, I spent my final year representing clients through the Auglaize County (OH) Public Defender’s Office. The knowledge I gained from this experience has proven to be invaluable to my civil practice, as tactics I was taught are commonly used in civil defense litigation

My main practice areas are comprised of complex litigation involving pharmaceutical litigation, medical device litigation, toxic torts, and personal injury. Approximately ninety percent (90%) of my litigation casework has involved pharmaceutical products and/or medical devices. Since joining Cellino Law, I’ve had the privilege to work on multiple product liability cases in various roles. In doing so, I gained a wide range of complex litigation experience including taking on leadership roles, participating as a trial team member, preparation of various experts and witnesses, taking and defending of various depositions within the context of multiple MultiDistrict Litigations, and the representation of numerous clients injured by pharmaceutical and medical device products.

Attorney George Gridelli

Throughout my career as a trial attorney, I have learned many lessons both in and out of the courtroom. Some of the most important ones are to be passionate about my case, be prepared to prosecute my client’s claim all the way to verdict, and to be relentless in obtaining justice for my client.

My law career started as an Assistant District Attorney where I gained priceless trial experience. In private practice as a sole practitioner for a number of years, I learned the importance of maximizing every recovery possible.

Attorney Lisa King

As an attorney, I have dedicated my practice to helping victims seek justice. My desire to fight for those who have been wronged began in college when a very close friend was severely injured and unable to obtain the outcome she deserved. My passion to help others only grew as I entered and completed law school.

I began my legal career as an Assistant State Attorney where I represented victims of serious crimes, including murder and sexual assault. As a prosecutor, I was able to advocate for and provide a voice for victims who were silenced by the actions of others. The invaluable experience I obtained strengthened my aspirations of facilitating justice and advocating for the rights of those who have been injured.

After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, I devoted my legal career to representing insurance companies and the individuals they insure. This position afforded me the opportunity to gain insight and understanding into how insurance companies evaluate and litigate personal injury claims.

These experiences have provided me with a unique perspective that enables me to aggressively and effectively pursue personal injury claims on behalf of my clients. As a member of Cellino Law, I have the resources and support necessary to zealously fight for my clients and obtain the exceptional results that each one deserves.

This allows me to dedicate all my time, effort, and resources to fighting for my clients who have been seriously injured. Cellino Law has a team of attorneys, resources, and bench strength to maximize compensation for our clients. Attorney Alexander Paine

As an attorney, I have practiced in many different areas of the law until finding my calling as a personal injury trial attorney. There is no better way to serve justice than to get injured people the compensation they deserve. So many people are hurt every single day by the negligent, reckless, and sometimes intentional actions of others, meanwhile huge insurance companies are getting better and better at refusing to fairly compensate victims.

As a senior trial attorney at one of the biggest personal injury firms in the world, I have the power and the resources to fight for you, and to get you the compensation you deserve. 100% of my practice at Cellino Law is devoted to car accident cases, injuries sustained as a result of a fall, work injuries sustained at construction sites and elsewhere, burn cases, and various other accidents. As a motorcycle owner myself, I have also represented many motorcyclists that were hurt by negligent drivers.

Having devoted my life to helping personal injury victims, I understand that your family depends on you for lost wages, and I know full well that you can never really fully recover from a very severe injury. This is why I have personally gotten my clients millions of dollars in compensation.

Hard work, communication, and honesty are the keys to success in any field – especially law. I learned about hard work while putting myself through college and law school while working in my father’s business – a “mom and pop” corner grocery store in Hamburg, NY. At this job, I met and spoke with thousands of people from all walks of life. I realized that while every person is different, all should be treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect.

Upon completing law school, I joined a firm with experience in civil litigation which handled cases for the insurance companies. I eventually became a partner. For over 15 years, I represented insurers and defendants in personal injury lawsuits and trials. I learned how the insurance companies handled cases and the strategy they used. It became clear to me that the average person did not stand a chance in such a conflict.

Currently, I am a managing attorney for Cellino Law and handle my own cases and also work with the other attorneys to make sure that the firm provides outstanding service and care for our clients.

Following my time at the prosecutor’s office, I gained valuable plaintiffs experience while working at two large personal injury law firms. I aggressively represented my clients in pre-trial negotiations, and if I did not receive the maximum offer for my client, I would try the case to a verdict.

I have worked in the legal community for most of my life, first as a law clerk with the JAG Corp in the US Army, then as a title searcher and a law clerk while in law school.

Since becoming an attorney, almost 30 years ago, I have focused my practice on helping those who need it most, those who were hurt at work or injured due to the negligence of others.

With this guidance, I have been able to help hundreds of clients navigate their way to recovery from car accidents, construction site and other workplace injuries, injuries from poorly designed roads and negligently maintained property, and many other types of accidents.

I am proud to work with Cellino Law because they understand the importance of helping every client navigate their way to recovery.

Insurance companies value personal injury cases and make decisions based on their quarterly financial statements, and not on the needs of those seriously injured at no fault of their own. Unfortunately, many law firms handle cases similarly by looking for the quick settlement and easy profits, leaving their clients wondering who is on their side.

If you are seriously injured due the negligence of another person or company, fighting their corporate insurance companies alone is financially and emotionally improbable. Hiring the wrong lawyer might make that fight impossible. You need the strength and experience of a proven trial lawyer to fight for you and your family, take on the insurance companies, and force them to pay every penny you lost and deserve to regain.

For the past 20 years, I have fought and consistently beat the insurance companies and their in-house experts, investigators and lawyers and recovered nearly $75,000,000 for my clients through trials and out of court settlements. I have forced insurance companies to pay million-dollar trial verdicts and multi-million-dollar settlements on the day of trial. That is not to say that all cases must go to trial, but it is extremely important that the insurance companies view your lawyer as a fighter and an advocate willing to take your fight to court when necessary.

I understand the significant impact that serious injuries can bring to a person’s life and their emotional and financial toll. As your lawyer, I promise that I will fight to make the insurance company pay for your loss and help you regain the life that was taken from you and your family.

Throughout your entire injury case, you will have comfort in knowing that I am constantly fighting for you and that I am always on your side.
