Attorney Richard Min
Richard Min has been a partner at Green Kaminer Min & Rockmore LLP since 2019. His practice focuses exclusively on Family Law, with a particular specialty on International Child Abduction and cross-border custody issues pursuant to the Hague Convention and the UCCJEA.
He attended Tufts University with a dual degree in Peace and Justice Studies and Economics and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2007.
Prior to joining the firm of Green Kaminer Min & Rockmore LLP, Richard was a founding partner of Camhi & Min LLC and also worked for Robert D. Arenstein, the preeminent child abduction litigator in the United States, where he first developed his legal knowledge and skills.
He is licensed to practice in the State Courts of New York, the Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts of New York, the Second and Ninth Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is also an active member of several bar associations, including the International Academy of Family Lawyers.

Ms. Rockmore joined Green Kaminer Min & Rockmore LLP in March 2021 with over twenty years of legal experience focusing on family and matrimonial matters in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Kings counties. Ms. Rockmore was formerly a partner in the law firm of Edwards & Rockmore, P.C. in Garden City, New York, during which time she managed a significant caseload while attaining favorable results for her clients.
