My name is Mike Herberger. As an attorney, whose main focus is on real estate and housing law, I am committed to assisting my clients with whatever their specific housing needs may be. I always put my clients' interests first and strive to grant peace of mind during a process that can be exciting, yet somewhat tumultuous.

My office is conveniently located in the Elmwood Village, where I am able to meet by appointment. I am also available via e-mail, telephone, or text.

Prior to opening my own practice, I was an associate attorney with Frenkel, Lambert, Weiss, Weisman, and Gordon where I specialized in foreclosures and evictions. As a student at the University at Buffalo School of Law, I worked for Neighborhood Legal Services in downtown Buffalo. Here, I was a member of the disability and housing teams, where I researched and appeared on several health and housing cases, mostly evictions.
