Attorney David C. Dunbar
Mr. Dunbar was selected by his peers to be included in the 24th Edition of The Best Lawyers in America™ for his work in Transportation Law, Legal Malpractice Law, Medical Malpractice Law, and Personal Injury Litigation. David Dunbar’s practice focuses on commercial trucking accidents, professional errors and omissions, insurance, products liability, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, bicycle accidents and commercial litigation. Mr. Dunbar received his B.A. in history in 1982 from Emory University where he was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa. He received his J.D. in 1985 from the University of Georgia where he served on the editorial staff of the Georgia Law Review. He is a member of the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, American College of Transportation Attorneys, the Trucking Industry Defense Association, the Transportation Lawyers Association, the Mississippi Trucking Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
Mr. Dunbar is an approved mediator for State and Federal trial courts and has successfully completed the Harvard Law School Mediation Workshop. He served as a commissioner for the State of Mississippi to the National Conference of Uniform State Law Commissioners (1996- 2000) and served on the Drafting Committee for the Uniform Mediation Act for the Uniform Law Commission.

Attorney G. Clark Monroe II
Clark Monroe is admitted to practice before all state courts in Mississippi, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Mr. Monroe received a Bachelor of Accountancy, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi in 1990, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1994. A member of several honorary societies including Phi Kappa Phi, Omicron Delta Kappa, and Mortar Board, he was also a member of the Mississippi Law Journal and served on the Editorial Board.
Mr. Monroe’s transportation law practice includes truck accident defense, cargo and freight claims, coverage opinions specific to transportation policies, and contract negotiation. He also practices in the area of general insurance defense including premises liability, personal injury, professional errors and omissions, insurance agent E&O defense, and the defense of Tort Claims Act and civil rights claims against county and municipal officials. Mr. Monroe also represents insurance companies in coverage actions including insurance coverage litigation and bad faith. His practice also includes commercial litigation, telecommunications, and general corporate.
Mr. Monroe retired from the Mississippi Army National Guard at the rank of Major.

Attorney Kimberly D. McCormack
Kim McCormack’s practice includes insurance defense, trucking accidents, transportation law, commercial trucking and family law. She is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Mississippi, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Kim attended Mississippi State University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. She then attended the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Kim received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence, the American Jurisprudence award for Legal Argument and Appellate Practice, and she served in the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program. After graduating from law school, Kim served as a law clerk for the Chief Justice of the Mississippi Supreme Court.
Kim is a member of the Madison County Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Mississippi Bar Association. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Jackson, and she also serves as a Friends of the Board committee member for the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
